Service I received at Best Buy from Angel Fawkes was excellent! The microwave cooks well and is a good value. However the fan, over-the-range lights and inside lights are very weak. Maybe a higher wattage bulb will help. It does the job.

The head delivery person was not very friendly, but it was a quick install. They took the old microwave and took one of our dishes that we use to cover a dish when we heat things in the microwave. We would like that back if at all possible.
