This microwave is nice looking, silent and very powerful. I was happy to find that I could turn off the alert sounds completely. The commands and buttons are very intuitive and simple to use.

Great looking, great features. Pretty quiet, except for the exhaust fan. I would have given it 5 stars but the fan is louder than my old one, and all speeds sound exactly the same.

Sleek and so much room. Very quiet and so easy to use. Light for stove is great as well as the the vent. Very good quality

This microwave is very user friendly. It looks nice. ..is very spacious. ..easy to clean. ..and had so many options. It was also very affordable!

It looks great, cleans up easily, and heats things up well (and quickly too). The only downside is that it is a little hard to see into it, because the front window is a little dark.

We've had this microwave for about a month and are very happy with the purchase; it replaced a 20yr old counter model that took up too much valuable kitchen real estate. I was hesitant to buy an OTR simply imagining too many cooks in the same space, but that hasn't been a problem. The preset cook and reheat sensor modes are pretty spot on and popcorn is perfect. We haven't used the melt/soften modes yet, but I imagine the unit will handle those well. I don't keep the rack in, but like that it's on hand if needed. The fan is relatively quiet which was important to me. Our unit vents into the room and installation was simple (once we installed a dedicated outlet). Read twice, measure twice, have twice the muscle on hand to lift in place. We got a great price on this open box item, but would still have purchased at regular price. I'm not too generous with 5-star ratings of anything so it gets a 4... maybe if it could load the dishwasher....

I have always been a microwave user. It is the most useful item in my kitchen. This new LG has so many great features that I never had before, like the soften/melt feature - just wonderful. It looks great in my kitchen. Still not sure how much I like the dark gray interior - more difficult to see splatters for cleanup. That is my only complaint.

Impressed how quick it warms stuff, it’s got lots of multiple settings. Very clean and smooth looking. Like that it’s not to boxy.

One month in. So far we're pleased with the LG. Lots of convenient pre-programs we've already used. The oven cooks evenly and it is easy to clean the interior. Installation was no problem. The quirks mentioned are: 1) The number 2 on the keypad is much less sensitive than the other keys. We have to press for a second or two to make it register. (I've contacted LG customer service to register this issue incase it totally fails later) It works just needs a little extra effort. 2) The window appears bigger from the outside. On the interior there is a 2" blacked-out section along the bottom, blocking the view of the turntable. This makes it hard to see the items in the oven when cooking. Shorter users will have even more difficulty. 3) The light on the bottom is not very bright. It doesn't light the range below well. We're researching LED replacement bulbs to improve illumination the stove top. Overall we a quite pleased with the appearance and features of this microwave. We would recommend it. i have a similar LG model at work. It is shared by 20 people and has lasted more than 5 years.

A very nice microwave with nice features. A good sized interior, yet the overall outside dimension is not too big. We needed to fit inside a granite backsplash that was cut-in very close to a prior microwave. At the time that appeared to be smart and looked really nice, but stupid in hindsight when needing to replace microwave later on. Fortunately we were able to squeeze this new one in. Definitely cooks faster than previous unit. Looks very nice and is working well to date. We use often, so hopefully it holds up well. I would recommend to others.

Love the large size. Looks great. Works well. The grooves under the glass tray are harder to clean than if it was flat.

This microwave is great. For the price, it is the quietest, most affordable, and has the most options. Love it so far. Had it for around 6 months.

This microwave does what I wanted it to. Then again I wanted a relatively basic MW. I don't really use the metal shelving so it just takes up space elsewhere. This unit is quite simple to use and looks good. The cubic space inside is good and there are quick use buttons. On the negative side I would like to be able to turn a light on inside the MW without opening the door, and the buttons for use need to be pressed with your finger "pads". They don't work with your finger tips or nails. Otherwise it is quiet and cooks well.

Installation was a breeze and this microwave looks awesome. Very roomy inside as well. A little difficult to see inside from the outside but not much of an issue. The noise level is noticeable but it grows on you eventually, unless you go off your meds. The one option that this microwave is missing is to have quick keys options. Our last microwave was such that if you hit the numeric keys it would do a speed nuke equivalent to that key 1=1 minute 2=2 minute, so forth and so on. We miss that greatly....

Easy to use, looks great, has excellent features. I'd purchase this microwave again!

The look of microwave is awesome! Very modern, stylish and classy! Works great and is easy to operate! One con is the way the front window is, unless you are nearly 6 ft tall you can not see in too monitor cooking.
