The ease of the control panel is excellent. Food preparation is easy and cleanup is very simple.

Love this microwave. My last microwave was 15 years old. This is a great size and love the tray option to heat up two plates at once. This also has a "soften" feature in addition to the defrost which i have used several times already for sticks of butter and a large container of honey that started to harden.

I like this microwave, but I'm still learning how to use some of the things on it.

The microwave looks nice, modern, and is quiet. The average rating is due to the hardware supplied. The lag bolts were cheap and one of the bolts broke even though instructions were followed for pre-drilling. Customer service to address the issue was well below average. Zero assistance was provided following phone calls.

Installer was well equipped and did not have any problems. My problem is being 4'9" tall and unable to view the window from the floor when I need to set it. It is too high. I notified the store and they are sending someone out to see how to remedy this.

Over all, the microwave works fine. Sensor popcorn works great, melts butter great. One problem is the small viewing area in door. Wife is 5'2 and can't see into oven to monitor cooking with out a stool. Best Buy was great for availability, as most other stores didn't have this microwave, and the price was good too.

This LG over the oven microwave is easy to use. It provides excellent illumination to the cooktop below. The fan has different levels. The control panel is nicely lit and easy to use. I like that I can turn off the turntable if necessary.

I am a big fan of LG products. When I moved into my first house I bought all LG. This is no exception. When I got the life expectancy use out of my old LG microwave I had no problem replacing it with another one.

Does not have express cook, inside kind of dark and metallic food cover does not adhere to top of unit. Add 30 seconds button should be highlighted and away from light of unit. Seems to cook hotter than my last microwave.

Printproof stainless steel works very well. Wife loves the sensor cooking - didn't even know that ice cream thawing was a thing! Not sure about the dark colored interior - all previous microwaves had white interiors.

Works great - Sensor and the turntable are useful features (had to get rid of the rack). The only issues were the amount of time and the number of attempts it took to have the microwave delivered and installed.

I purchased this as a part of a package for my kitchen remodel and I am extremely pleased with it. I did not check, but was hoping that I was an inch longer.

We are very pleased with this microwave. The installers were prompt and courteous and did a wonderful, neat job. The microwave is quiet, with features we use often, including reheating.

Looks good and works great. It has a lot of different capabilities which I love. The under light is really dim, really dim. But everything else is great.

Matching microwave to my oven! Works great, nice and quiet, fingerprint resistant and has all the bells and whistles I need. Great price for what you're getting.

There is no express heating buttons. So every single time you use it you need to press multiple buttons! 1-0-0-start for a minute (or 30 sec-30 sec-start). Total hassle. But you have all these useless buttons (kids meal, pizza, etc). The buttons are either very sticky one day or extremely sensitive the next. Either way it’s no time saver. Plus you can’t warm food while the fan is going. neither will work properly. Ridiculous design. I don’t need the rest of the bells and whistles. So what I do need it for, it doesn’t do well.

bought this microwave to replace an LG older model which stopped working. Also because I thought I would need to do less work mounting it being both the same brand. However, the mounting brackets were different and had to remove the old one and install the new. No big deal but I wish companies thought about this. This is the 3rd microwave I install in the same kitchen. Hence the back wall is full of holes as none were the same. The range works fine. Only other regret is the glass window is smaller and the bottom part is obscured. Hence to see what is going on inside you must be tall to peek inside.

Absolutely love this microwave! Freed up so much space on my countertop. The guy who came to install it was awesome! Overall, great experience!
