It looks good. The sensored cooking is reliable. Everything from quickly boiling a cup of water, popping popcorn, or just heating up a plate of leftovers has been as simple as selecting an option. Itʻs removed a lot of guesswork and has made the microwave absolutely fit into an essential tool in my kitchen. I donʻt bother with the WiFi features as Iʻm not about to supply yet another company with needless information.

it's March 2025 and still working... no handles that can break off... no unsightly push button to open... beautiful clean and I can also controll from my phone... Love this microwave

Overall a good product. Looks very sleek and matches our existing Whirlpool stove and dishwasher. We purchased this product along with the lg instant view refrigerator as a part of a promotion. All of the different functions are great. My only criticism is that the sensor cook doesn’t work as well as other brands/ models I have used in the past. It could be that we use a plate cover when warming up or cooking food but this is the only downside I have seen so far

It's a bit of a different interface from our last microwave, but as I get used to it, I have greatly appreciated its multiple features. It offers quite a few quick one-touch functions that are very convenient and used very often with confidence the food will not overcook. And...our first "food lava eruption" was easily cleaned off of the enamel finish interior!!! This product is vastly superior to our last microwave. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality upgrade.

Hearts very evenly. Fits large plates. Very sleek and modern look. Does get a lot of fingerprints due to a lack of a handle though.

3.5 stars Despite having only 95% of the power of my previous microwave, I’ve seen this burn multiple wet dishes (including pulled pork, pulled chicken, and cheese sauce) with normal cook times when the rest of the dish wasn’t nearly as hot. I’ve also experienced cold spots when heating frozen food. The burns have always been very localized, suggesting hot spots. I didn’t think it was possible to fail at microwave UI, but somehow this unit has achieved it. Pressing the face buttons sets the microwave to go for that many minutes. To enter a time that isn’t a round minute or that plus 30 seconds (there’s a dedicated button to add thirty) one must press a “Cook time” button, then input a number, and then open the door, close it and press start. I have no idea how a microwave being actively unable to handle the idea that a user puts food in before setting the microwave’s time ever got through testing. What possible purpose could making the microwave reject the command to start until the door has been cycled serve except annoyance? When ending a (non-cook) timer one must press the timer button again to stop the beeping. Pressing “cancel” (even if no food is cooking) will stop the alarm, but only long enough to fully play the confirmation beep but the timer then resumes until the timer button is pressed. I genuinely had no idea it was possible to simultaneously have the system power to make something wi-fi enabled and only have a single sound channel. I fully expected that the microwave that I bought so many years after my last one would be a better product but it is not. I am disappointed.
