We had an old GE unit that was not worth repairing so I did some looking on Consumer Reports and Best Buy. Turns out this LG was just what we needed: controls that are easy to use, sleek design, even cooking and features we've never had before but are so glad are included. The venting is quite good. I use it over the stove so good air flow helps when cooking. Ignore reviews that mention the inside light doesn't work. I found that it's just hard to see unless I'm up high enough to look down over the dark bottom tint on the door to see the light shining down on the turntable.

I love this microwave. I’ve had it over a year now and I’m still completely satisfied. I love how sleek it is, but functional. Lots of people think it’s a tv at first. Lol. It has so many things I want and need. I use the melt function, soften and defrost the most, and it gives you different food item choices. Of course I use the cook function and reheat. I use all the different power choices depending on what I’m reheating. It also has a lot of options I probably won’t ever use. You can connect to WiFi and different products have QR codes I think that will program the cook for the microwave. Don’t think I’ll be using that. It actually never crosses my mind. In whole this is a very good product. I only have 2 drawbacks. I use a plastic dome food cover while I’m cooking. It has magnets on top that are intended to stick to the top of the interior of the microwave. This one is shaped differently from other microwaves I’ve had. The shape makes it very hard to find a spot where the cover can stick and stay. It often falls down when you shut the door. Which is the second drawback. The door is very sleek but very big. Sometimes I have to lean out of the way or just duck. The fam laughs at me. But these things are very minor. I still give it a 5 and recommend this LG Quality Microwave.

I recently got the LG 2.0 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave with Sensor Cooking & EasyClean in PrintProof Stainless Steel, and it’s been a huge upgrade. The finish looks modern and resists fingerprints (which is a big plus in a busy kitchen), and the overall design is sleek and easy to use.

Looks sleek and has many upgrades from my replaced microwave that was only 6 years old but stopped working. I love the sensor cooking options. The vents are much better then previous microwave. It heats quite quickly. It was time consuming to install but instructions were good. You need two people to install due to weight of item. Still trying to use the wifi festures but the app kept crashing.

We have had this microwave for about 4 weeks. It looks sleek.The basic functions work well. Opening and closing the door are pretty quiet. The light is a bit too dim though. Ordering and installation were very fast. I ordered online on a Saturday and it was installed on the following Tuesday. Installers could pay more attention to where to drill holes. Unnecessary holes were drilled on the cabinet as the first try was marked incorrectly.

Super quiet, all the features plus more than you want. Super sleek looking and adds that extra look in your kitchen!!

Bought this microwave to replace my 18 year old microwave that started dying on me. I paid for installation and haul away of old microwave and I can see this is an impressive microwave. It has smart app capabilities that I am still testing out but this thing looks like it will be lasting for a good while. I love the design and the futuristic look to it. It has plenty of features and internal space for large things to microwave. I would definitely recommend anyone whose willing to spend the money to buy this microwave.

Loving this microwave! Looks sleek, no handle sticking out. Easy to use and pairs with WiFi/ LG App. My house was built a long time ago, so I never had an over the stove microwave. I’m definitely not disappointed that I decided to put one in. This microwave accents the stove perfectly!

Bought this to replace out Samsung that died in 4 years. So far so good with this one. Love the look, size and how it operates. Never thought having a microwave that WiFi enabled would make any sense but it does come in handy.

I love my LG microwave so much that I bought the same identical product again. It has awesome features, easy to use, and very stylish too. The only reason I did not give it a 5 rating was because my first one lasted 2 years and 4 months. Life span should be close to 10 years according to Alexa...with normal use. Needless to say, I love LG appliances.

We love the selection/organization of buttons. We love the shape. We love how when we choose for it to heat a beverage, it does that without it overflowing (happens with our other microwave).

This microwave looks great and perform just fine. We replaced a 10 yr old GE that was making whining noice but was still working. The prices was very competitive and we are very satisfied. It made the whole kitchen look newer.

Excellent microwave! But then, I expect nothing less from LG. In my experiences at least, everything I've ever gotten from LG has blown it's competition out of the water. My favorite thing about this microwave, besides the sensor cooking, is that the tones made when pushing the buttons finally don't sound like every other microwave that I've ever used for my entire life, lol. AND, it can play a little jingle when the food is ready. There's even app support for this microwave. The only thing I'm not really impressed with is the ONE cooktop lightbulb that it has. And that this one bulb isn't mentioned ANYWHERE in the instructions or even on LG's website! Since it was putting off so much heat I knew that it wasn't a LED light bulb and wanted to replace it with one. Well, eventually I discovered that it's possible for the cooktop light to cause a fatal shock even with the microwave unplugged or something. Crazy huh? Anyway, I managed to at least find out that the bulb is a little 130V 50W halogen bulb with two pointy contacts sticking out of it. With all of that being said though, I'm still going to give this LG microwave 5 stars. I just wish they would have used a LED lightbulb as the cooktop light. But more than that, I wonder why they didn't? Strange... Oh, and one last thing. When the stovetop light is turned on or off, the microwave makes a little two-toned chime that sounds like it does when the videogame character Mario collects a coin, lol!

We were a bit hesitant when only doing our microwave browsing online, but to be honest the sleek look of this LG microwave, all the bells and whistles it came with, the fact that it incorporates LG’s ThinQ to not only wirelessly control but also pair with our LG slide-in Range, and all at a fair price point really was a wise decision. Sometime later we have no regrets and neither will you!
