    Not easy to mount, not easy to control the volume due to no LED readout, volume is also inconsistent, but sounds good and was very cheap

    Sound is pretty good. My only complaint is that I can't sync up the remote with my TCL tv, which means I do have to use the TCL remote for volume control.

    Sound is great, no issues. Volume can not be adjusted with the tv remote, and must use the included remote.

    Bass heavy system. Sound is a little inconsistent from one volume level to another. Missed the boat on getting too loud or too soft.

    Great sound bar

    The speakers on my BR television were somewhat lacking. Installed this sound bar and now barely have to increase the volume to hear clearly. Well worth it, especially if you have someone that has hearing issues.

    Best Buy had a good sale on this system so I bought it. Returned it 2 days later cause it had no bass or good sound quality. It's louder the tv volume but not worth keeping, that's my opinion.

    Quality sound for the price point

    Purchased LG sound bar on sale at Best Buy for 149.99 which was lower than all other stores including Amazon and eBay at the time. The speakers on our flat screen 4k TV just didn't have good volume or sound quality. Seems this is true for most flat screen TV's, so we opted to add a low profile sound bar, and we are glad we did. The difference in sound quality and volume is significant.

    Deep Base and in store this sounded better than pretty much everything besides Bose or Sonos. I wanted to spend $400 for the Sonos but ended up saving money on this. Two dings, one the volume is controlled separately from the TV which is annoying. Also the volume is different from Netflix to TV to Amazon Prime so you have to constantly adjust the volume based on which smart TV app you're using.

    Simple and easy set up with pull out of the box and hook up with the included optical cable. Sound quality is good with movies and video games which was what the Into was intended for. Minor issue is when powered on you have turn down the TV volume and then turn up the bar volume to avoid an echo

    This soundbar did not meet my expectations. It had a very hollow sound. The volume control did not work well at all once I connected it to the TV. I returned it and bought a sony.

    Sounds good, set up easy but disconnects from wifi often. You also can't control the TV volume with regular remote when the speaker is on, even with an LG tv. @@@@@@@@ Maybe there is a setting for this? @@@@@@@ I would purchase again as long as it was on sale.

    This system had good sound quality but doesn't go nearly loud enough. Plus there's no display indicating levels of anything, just a light that's green or red and blinks in acknowledgement. Another annoyance was the subwoofer, with it's own power source, has a light that constantly blinks red looking for a bluetooth connection to the soundbar, even when the soundbar is off. Between the weak volume and lack of any level or mode display, I returned it.

    I was looking for an affordable soundbar to go with my new TV, and I checked this one out. I'm glad I did. The design is sleek and fits with any entertainment area setup. The sound is great! I have no complaints there. My main complaint is that there is no screen or panel to give clear detail on your volume level. Overall, highly recommend.

    This LG soundbar is a very nice addition to my home entertainment system. Great sound, and excellent bluetooth connectivity with my iPhone and iPad! Great bass from the subwoofer! My only issue is that this particular soundbar lacks a display showing volume levels and the different settings when using the remote. This is the only reason why I gave this product 4 stars rather than 5. However, I've gotten used to it, and this LG soundbar is really a great product which produces excellent sound. Overall, it is a nice soundbar that I would recommend.

    Love this soundbar, it was so easy to hook up to my TV. And my LG TV is 5 years old. I just took it out of the box and plugged the optical cord into the TV and plugged the power cord in for the subwoofer and I was done. The sound that comes out of this is fantastic. Connects to my S8 phone instantly. Couldn't ask for a better soundbar for the prize. Only thing I would change about this soundbar is that it doesn't show you the volume going up or down or the input when you try and change it.

    Sounded Good When Worked

    After a quick set up with very little to do, got this hook up to a LG 49 Inch 4K TV with no issues. Sound was good. Well at first. Certain channels everything worked fine, however during viewing of New Broadcast or Football, all vocies became nearly indistinguishable. After a few days unit would randomly raise and lower volume. The final straw before returning this was when it started to play music over the TV sound. Which is curious, since never hooked up anything to the sound bar that produced Music. Any device that give this much problems within the first week I can not recommend to anyone.
