    Not good

    I purchased one of these 3 years ago and the sound is amazing on that one with awesome bass. This one I can't even tell if it is working. I dont hear any bass coming from the woofer. There is no indicator for the screen and when I use the remote, it does not indicate if the mode has really been received. This one didn't even have anyway to mount the speaker under the tv. There were no screws or metal braces like the previous one. I dont know if I received a defective unit or used, but this is not the quality of my first one. That was the reason I purchased this one. What a disappointment.

    Bluetooth?

    I purchased an in excellent condition open box LG soundbar. Everything worked excellent (sound,remote,subwoofer,etc) Except for one thing...the bluetooth keeps shutting off after about 30 seconds. I exchanged the open box item for another in excellent condition open box LG soundbar and lo and behold I’m having the exact same issue...bluetooth keeps dropping out. I don’t want to return or exchange it because the sound is excellent but the fact there’s no bluetooth connectivity is a dealbreaker.

    A disappointed buyer.

    About the only pro I can say is that it is inexpensive but you get what you pay for. The instructions are terrible. They are of no help in telling about it's functions. I find it difficult to adjust so the voice is crisp and clear. I get it adjusted and the next time I turn on myTV the sound has changed and I have to adjust it again. If I put on a music channel the sound is great. Other than that it isn't much better than the TV speakers. I've already started to search for a replacement.

    great bluetooth sound.

    The soundbar is bluetooth capable and will sync to your smart phone, the issue I had (maybe it was because I bought an open-box item) was that every so often it would not put out audio via the optical cable. i would have to unplug/plug in to get it to work. After a few days of that, I was done. I took it back. It sounded great when it was connected to my phone and when it did work with the TV. I may buy another one.

    Okay system for the price

    I the Bluetooth connectivity between the sound bar and the subwoofer is poor. I like my subwoofer next to my couch to be able to feel the bass more but unfortunately the subwoofer does not have the range so I had to place it right next to the sound bar. It’s okay sound quality for the price you’re paying. You also don’t have a digital display that tells you the sound level or the bass level when wanting to adjust them.

    Subwoofer disconnects

    The sou d bar has a crisp sound. The subwoofer on the other hand disconnects randomly for a second and when I pause the movie it makes a rumble noise constantly. Also in bluetooth playback with my phone, the whole system shuts down randomly. The bad thing is I bought 3 of these for my home, two are still in the box because one is for my patio and the other is for my bathroom which is still under construction.

    Pretty good for the money

    I purchased this sound bar due to the overall review ratings it was given. I hooked it up to a Samsung new TV and the was able to intergrate the Samsung’s remote to operate the volume control. As stated by others there was no visual volume indicator on the TV screen. Sound quality from TV broadcast was decent and music bluetoothed from my phone sounded very good.

    Had to return.

    Had to return parts were missing.It was an open package purchase but the sticker on the package stated that all the parts were in the package.I had even asked 2 associates if all the pars would be in the package. When I got home and opened the box I was very disappointed that all the parts were not included. Drove back to Best Buy and returned. I still love Best Buy!

    purchased this on a black Friday sale and was optimistic that it would be perfect for a large bedroom. Unfortunately I found that the bass from the subwoofer was lacking. I did try and make all the available adjustments to improve the sound however I was left disappointed. I ended up returning this item for another product of similar price (Vizio SB351).

    I can't use my dish remote on this bar. Works once end I have to follow the process again, and again. And that's sting. My older bar works like a champ. And is the same brand just like 10 years old. I am a little bit disappointed. But I guess is my fault. For traying to upgrade.

    I just got this on 24th Nov, after connection and use for a little while. the sound is now continuously fluctuating, it goes up and down on its own despite my reading and re-reading the manual and going through every instructions. this sucks, i had high hopes for this product.

    Good sound - that’s about it

    Sounds good, don’t like that there is no number display for t volume. It doesn’t seem to be as compatible as my other sound bar with Samsung Smart TV and Apple TV 4K. I frequently have to power on and off manually with its own remote.

    Set up not easy

    First, we did not receive a manual and had to Google it. And had difficulty connecting and adjusting sound. NOT Happy with Best Buy and makes me wonder if they repackaged the one we received and forgot to include the users manual

    Bought this along with my new tv. I have never had a sound bar and wanted to really up my game. I feel the quality is ok. The bass is not really there unless i turn the volume up high. The sound quality is great otherwise.

    Good sound bar for the money even though it will not turn off or on or connect with one remote. Once turned on, you have to adjust the sound all over again. Geek Squad has no fix for this.

    Can’t mount on wall

    Maybe SOMEWHERE, ANYWHERE in the description or directions it should say you can’t mount this on the wall. I can’t find any of tbe LG’s that address this. I’ll just have to buy another Sony. Great job LG!

    Speaker is good but the Sync is with LG TV is gone

    Initially it synced well with my LG TV but after few days the Sync has gone and now I have to use both remotes all the time. It would be good if we can use it with TV remote all the time.

    My speaker bar would not respond to the remote. Returned and purchased Sony version of the same package and am happy I did as it works seamlessly. Perhaps this item would work better paired with an lg tv.

    Best Buy had a good sale on this system so I bought it. Returned it 2 days later cause it had no bass or good sound quality. It’s louder the tv volume but not worth keeping, that’s my opinion.

    This soundbar did not meet my expectations. It had a very hollow sound. The volume control did not work well at all once I connected it to the TV. I returned it and bought a sony.
