Subwoofer stopped working after a year and a half

Had this sound bar for a year and a half and the subwoofer completely stopped working. Without the subwoofer the quality is poor.

Terrible. I will never buy anything from Best Buy. The sound bar was missing a power cord and had no remote.

Less sound than my old lg sound bar. Could barely hear it. Went back to my old sound bar for better sound
