The order process was nice and easy and was able to complete that order in like 15 min. Thanks Best Buy for an amazing experience…..

It sounds ok if you’re listening to music loudly. If you’re watching a movie the dialogue will be very low followed by very loud sound effects. It doesn’t come with mounting brackets like every other soundbar I’ve purchased. It doesn’t even have the holes for attaching the mounting brackets. The price is low but I’ve had better for around the same price from lg and other brands.

To improve the sound quality, please try performing a reset by pressing and holding the Volume Down (-) and Sound Effect buttons on the remote control simultaneously for about 5 seconds until you see the reset message. Best Buy local tried to charge me even though I had a warranty. When I squawked about contacting the corporate office and suing for breach of contract they agreed to switch the device out at no cost. Watch your back if you get TTP.
