This speaker works pretty well, we currently use it with our bedroom TV because the brand new TV speakers were not loud enough. This bars speakers are very clear and make hearing people talk much easier, if I could change anything it would be to add more bass and for it to be a bit louder. I think if I was to put this in our living room it would not be a great choice for a speaker.

For the price, it is not a bad little setup. Great as a gift, setup is pretty easy. Just remember that this is uses optical audio only as a connection (cable is included). This device DOES NOT do HDMI ARC for audio. So I would confirm that you have an optical audio output on your TV or other device.

Was looking for a good affordable sound bar. Decided to buy this LG 300 W sound bar. Very easy to hook up. The cable to hook up to the tv was included in the box. After connecting it tried it out with a couple of movies and music videos. Sound bar sounded great. Messed around a bit with the settings and got it where I liked it. Like the feature whenever I turn on the tv the sound bar comes on. Also like that its Bluetooth. I use my phone with this speaker. Had no issues with this product at all. Price was reasonable.

It gives way better sound then my tv speakers and when using sounds louder than it is. And I like how it has the bass.

Got this as an open box and it was in perfect shape - no problem at all setting up on my LG tv!! Great sound and very happy with it!

This unit is certainly worth it if you can find it on sale for a good price... My only qualm is that the only corded input it offers is optical. You are out of luck if you need to make use of other cable types like rca or hdmi. Bluetooth works well and I appreciate that the unit has physical buttons on the end to change the volume and such. The subwoofer offers rich bold sound for action and scifi movies.

There are a lot of sound bars out there, and this one is easy on the wallet, and outstanding sound for that price. Great sound bar.

When this is on sale it’s by far the best soundbar for the money. The sub is extremely powerful, don’t underestimate its small size! I returned the Insignia 2.1 soundbar for this and boy am I glad I did. The overall sound quality is so much better, from the highs to the lows, especially the lows with that booming sub. It will shake the room with ease, it’s definitely a bit more powerful sounding than the 8” sub on my SK9Y which is impressive considering the size and price difference. This soundbar is amazing.
