After some research I've figured out that it's due to my modem being in the same room, not an option to move it out of this room so I may end up returning this item due to this problem. Other than this issue, the soundbar itself works great.

Unfortunately, the speaker has a built in minimal audio threshold, which means it won't actually pick up any little doots or beeps from just navigating menus. At least, that's how it is for my TV. The sound quality is incredible when it works though, which is 95% of the time.

Nice sound

The issue I have is the woofer is Bluetooth and it keeps disconnecting while watching TV. Maybe I am doing something wrong but I have restarted the sound system and it continues to do it.

This product is just what I needed for my compatible LG smart tv (43”). Perfect complement when watching tv especially CNN, Sports, and Netflix! I had to spent considerable time to play with the soundbar’s remote to get Bluetooth (BT), subwoofer, and the soundbar itself to work. Bought this item on sale at $149.99. Great deal! Would highly recommend getting this soundbar with subwoofer for LG tvs!
