Great sound and easy to set up was a great gift for my family

This sound bar has an excellent sound added to my TV. When positioned in Cinema play the sound is so clearly heard when playing a movie. The music sound great as well. I recommend this sound bar & the price is worth its value. Great gift for a Love One at Christmas occasion.

Once I was finally able to get around to completing the setup of my TV connected with the soundbar system, it felt like I was watching TV in a theater, right in the comfort of my home! I could not believe how well the sound quality and subwoofer made it feel like I was inside the movie or TV show I was watching. Truly a great buy!

Great Bass. Easy to setup and use. Wakes up when you connect your device. Does't always do well with audio from old films/videos (boosts the music over the dialogue) but doesn't seem to be an issue with newer films/tv series.

Got this sound bar with wireless subwoofer on sale for 149. It it’s still on sale & if you are considering it, do it! You can’t beat the price on this system as the cinema Dolby sound quality is great! Bass is booming, highs are good enough in my dining room. Paired up with my LG 55 inch tv perfectly.

I’m an audio engineer. I’ve been mixing music everyday on professional studio equipment for the last 20 years. After a bad experience with a previous soundbar, I decided to buy the top 4 sellers under $500 and compare them all. I bought the VIZIO V-Series 2.1, the LG 2.1 300W, the Sony 2.1 320W, and the Samsung HW-Q60T 5.1. I’m not interested in features, only sound quality. What all these units lack is proper stereo width. If your TV is any bigger than a 50”, the extreme left and extreme right sounds will not match your screen’s dimension. We have a 70” and the soundbars only deliver about a 30-50% stereo field, as if things aren’t panned properly all the way. The built-in speakers on our TV have a greater stereo width, but lack in the frequency spectrum, especially the low end. The Vizio V-Series 2.1 sounded terrible. Boxy and muffled. It’s louder than your average TV’s built-in sound, but not better. The LG 2.1 300W is about as good as your average TV’s built-in sound, but with more bass/bottom end. The Sony 2.1 320W is a slight improvement on your average TV’s built-in sound, and with a more defined low-end. The Samsung HW-Q60T 5.1 is a noticeable improvement over the other units. It’s crisp and clear, and the bass is well-defined. It has multiple audio modes to compensate for the lack of stereo width, all of which are terrible and add a fake surround effect, but in “standard” or “adaptive” mode it does a nice job of delivering clean and balanced audio. None of these soundbars will replace a proper surround system where the individual speakers can be placed properly around the room, but they can still be a great improvement over the built-in TV speakers.

Amazing sound at! I purchased this for my computer, and it works better than I expected. The sound quality isn’t great when it’s super quiet, but it seems to get better the louder it is. The subwoofer has amazing bass as well. I just wish that the manual explained more.

This is a good sound bar for the money. I have no other sound bar to compare it to but the sound meets my expectations. However, if your ear is fine tuned to sound, shop hard, compare and go to the store for a demo before making a choice. I did! The staff at the best Buy was awesome to work with.

Easy Set up. Great Sound for the price! Excellent product!

The sound quality is decent, especially when paired with the rear speaker kit. Sometimes the volume wont go high enough depending on the show. Pandora is fine. The wireless subwoofer has a WEAK signal and will cut out depending on where you put it. Had it across the room with nothing obstructing it and it worked fine. I moved in behind the tv with the soundbar in front of the tv and it cut out all time. I simply moved it to the side of the tv and it began working fine again so apparently the tv was obstructing the signal.

I purchased this because it was on sale and I have an LG TV. For starters, I’m GLAD I bought this while it was on sale and not full price. To cut to the chase; spend the extra money on a home theater system (5 channel) or on a brand that is known for producing good sound quality, like Sony. If you’re a bass head like me, this isn’t the product for you. The bass lacks bass; it’s not deep and with force, there’s no little echo from how deep or good the bass is. It’s a subtle, gentle push as if playing with GarageBand on Apple. If bass is a priority, like it was for me, look elsewhere. It’s very low, no matter what setting it’s on. You have 3-4 preset sound options (Bass, Standard, Cinema, and ARC??) and the option to equalize to your custom preference (bass, treble, “R”, “SW”). I have this in a 14x14 bedroom, and I heard decent sound when the volume was at 20+. It isn’t until you reach 24, MAYBE even 23, on “Cinema” that you begin to be able to hear your TV; that’s including voices, sound effects, and so forth. I’m using this for my bedroom and I have two small boys, which is why I didn’t want to go through the hassle of putting it back in the box and returning it. When they’re older, I’m definitely going to invest in sound quality for a better viewing experience. Nevertheless, I’d give it a 4-Star if I didn’t have to go to 25 to be able to hear what I’m watching. However, I may be biased as I haven’t watched any action or suspenseful movies. I’ve only tried it with music (horrible, horrendous, please look elsewhere, don’t even try, it’s not a joke), and shows with no laugh track.

I got this for my living room tv for more sound clarity and I highly recommend! The Bluetooth function is also a plus when cleaning around the house. (: If you’re a lover of going to the cinema the subwoofer gives that feel— especially during an action movie. Lastly, the instructions are straight to the point and set up is quite easy!

This is an amazing unit to go with my 65 inch LG. It fits comfortably right underneath the TV with the stands that are included with the TV. I added the rear speaker satellites and it really made this and much richer and fuller without breaking the bank.
