    This was an open box purchase online for store pick up that did not come in the described condition. I drove several cities over and paid more to get the item in good condition without any missing essentials. What I was handed at the pick up counter was a scuffed up sound bar and sub woofer, without any of the required power cables or remote. I had to walk it directly over to the returns from the order pick up area, and there were some issues with the return as well do to the missing items. I can't speak to the quality of the sound or anything for this item, as I was unable to use it, but can offer my experience to use caution when purchasing open box items.

    It has great sound quality when its not cutting in and out. The sub woofer cuts in and out constantly. I also purchased the rear speakers and they cut in and out as well. I tried searching online for every possible answer to no avail. At this moment I feel I've wasted $400.00.
