    I actually got this product at a great price. It was such a steal, I couldn't pass it by. Now, mines didn't come with a remote nor any of the cords.

    Works ok for a lower end device. I don't care for the remote, seems cumbersome. My problem may stem from the fact that it is teamed with a Samsung TV not an LG, controls don't work seamlessly.

    Amazing for the price. Only downside is the remote controls my Vizio and LG Tv's too. So the volume goes up on more than just the bar.

    After 40 days the renote stopped working

    Sounds good for the price! But, the remote stopped working just 40 days after purchase. I've changed the battery, gotten close to the soyndbar and nothing happens. So, now I have to contact LG snd see what they can do.

    Nice improvement over the TV audio but is not for someone expecting home theater quality audio. Especially at this price point. Wouldn't sync up with the Toshiba remote through the FireTV menu. Which leaves me using two remotes. With that said excellent improvement to the TV audio and a good value.

    Bought this with very high expectations, it only works with me turning it on and off manually on the side bar side, the remote does not work at all. Nothing lights up to give me any indications that it is up and running, only the subwoofer light comes on. It likes to raise the volume on its on and lower it back down. Very disappointed. I was replacing my 15 year old Vizio but I guess I will plug my old one in, as it is still working! will be returning it tomorrow or the following day

    I ordered this sound bar from the BB website. As is the new normal, it arrived a day later than anticipated. I had out of town guests when it arrived and didn't get to unbox and set it up for about 3 days. When I did, I followed the sketchy instructions. The sound bar and subwoofer do work but the remote doesn't work at all! Now the window to return it has passed. A big disappointment but I guess you get what you pay for!

    Brand new sound bar. Remote was defective. Didn't work at all. Returned it to Best Buy. Was told it was "out of return date window unless I was a Best Buy Plus member." Extorted for the $50 member fee or lose entire amount of purchase. The model I bought was COMPLETELY sold out. Offered new model- not at price I paid but $40 more. Before returning the unit, I called the Best Buy local number which is a call center in Guatamala. THERE IS NO LOCAL NUMBER. No way to talk to a store employee. I was told after COVID- every retail business' excuse, Best Buy downsized staff and they are no longer able to handle in store calls. Total disappointment with this Best Buy experience. I won't return for any future purchases. I would still recommend LG products but NEVER Best Buy.

    The speakers work well enough, but the remote and angles it can be used leave much to be desired. The documentation is lacking and I, for one, had to resort to trial and error. This TV / Speaker combo is mounted in our bedroom and is only eight feet away and angled down so viewing and sound are fairly close. I’m not impressed with this sound bar at all.

    I had this installed by geek squad for my daughter’s birthday and when l was able to visit her house and hear the sound system it was very disappointing.Either this sound system is marginal or the installation is incorrect. The sou System does not work through the tv remote and it keeps cutting off.How can I get geek squad to come back to check it out
