    Sounds good for the price! But, the remote stopped working just 40 days after purchase. I've changed the battery, gotten close to the soyndbar and nothing happens. So, now I have to contact LG snd see what they can do.

    neighbor accidently keeps turning on my sound bar

    PROS- sounds great, and hooks up are easy.. CONS- anyone can connect to your sound bar, whether you want it or not... I can not use my sound bar to its full capabilities due to unauthorized connections from neighbor, so I am forced to turning off the Bluetooth, and disabling auto power "on" LG you need to add better security for the Bluetooth part, this could be a five star product...

    The sound bar is not very loud compared to the compared to the vizio I replaced. Does pair with the LG tv remote well.

    Disappointing results

    I had this installed by geek squad for my daughter’s birthday and when l was able to visit her house and hear the sound system it was very disappointing.Either this sound system is marginal or the installation is incorrect. The sou System does not work through the tv remote and it keeps cutting off.How can I get geek squad to come back to check it out

    Fairly disappointed with the sound bar. The tv speaker is as loud as the sound bar. It is in the basement which is fairly large, but you can still barely hear some noise or shows with it all the way up. Not worth the money. Sub is decent. No complaints there.

    O.K. but practically no documentation

    Documentation is nearly non-existent. I finally figured out that it needed to be connected to the TV via HDMI,,, but still cannot access any controls such as Bass, Treble, etc. Woofer is ok but not earth shattering. Kind of average to be honest.

    Bought new LG tv and wanted to help boost the sound. Thought this was a greAt price for a sound bar and subwoofer. Liked the idea subwoofer was wireless. Got it home and read the directions (which were super basic). Couldnt pair the subwoofer to the sound bar. No matter what i tried. Manuals were a waste. LG customer service was useless and just told me to return it. Not very impressed at all. Maybe it was a faulty unit. Not worth the headache.

    Poor Sound Quality

    I bought it. Not what I expected for the price. Needs better sound quality. The sound settings are loud at some parts and minimal at others. The only function that works properly is other. It’s not worth the money and idk if buying better would solve it. I spent less on my last one a few years ago and it worked better.

    When this was delivered, it was set outside unprotected in the rain. It was also delivered to my neighbor's house. So by the time I got it, the bar was the only part that worked. The woofer never even turned on.

    No 4k passthrough? Seriously?! Almost every TV sold for the last 3 years has been 4k and this doesn't have 4k passthrough? It doesn't specify that it supports it so I suppose that's my fault. Every time I buy something LG I'm let down somehow, you'd think I'd learn lol. Speakers themselves - High and mids sounds meh. Subwoofer is pretty good for the size though. All in all barely an upgrade over stock TV speakers in my case.

    Good sound bar, bad woofer.

    I knew at this price point I couldn’t expect to be blown away. What’s disappointing to me is LG made a solid sound bar here. However, the subwoofer sounds like a really bad speaker, and not a woofer. I’ll be returning this to the store today and looking for something else.

    Coming from a 300 watt LG sound at that is 8 years old, this was a disappointment. Very empty sound, actually preferred the speakers from the TV. Tried a few different things to see about improving the sound, but ended up returning in the end. Love Best Buy and their return policy.

    I really liked this as an entry level system, but unfortunately the right speaker suddenly stopped working. I tried optical, HDMI and Bluetooth. All did not work with only 2 months of ownership.

    Worked well for a year but then started to cut out on itself, which apparently is a problem for this version. Price was fair, but expected a longer life.
