This is a huge improvement over my 25 year old unit. I like the solid construction. It has many features. Exhaust fan extends over the cooking area of your stove to distribute steam. Nice large cooking area.

Works great, attractive, wife loves it. Was a bit time consuming for me to install but no big deal.

We love it! The size is great. The quick settings are helpful. I use the melt butter setting frequently when I bake. It melts it perfectly without burning or scorching. We haven’t tried the timer yet but it is great to have if needed.

The microwave works very well and installation was on time and efficient.

Installation guide was easy to follow. Microwave operates as expected.

The unit is large and the vent comes set to top venting, so I can vent it outside the house. You can convert the venting. So many options… extended vent door in the front is amazing to use while cooking. More than happy with the purchase so far (2 weeks). I would totally recommend it.

We both really like the appearance, the smoke colored stainless steel is beautiful. We also like the no handle appearance. After opening the unit, we see our digital choices. The black face without digital readouts all the time, provides a sleek appearance.

This is a sharp looking appliance and easy to use.

The option to just turn on the burner and the otr kicks on on ur setting. Also to control the units through ur phone on an app it makes things so much easier. Just wish they add a camera inside to see the food or a sensor to check the meal temp lol yeah it’s getting close to that.but over all I am loving this unit.

This model is an updated version of our previous model. The learning process to operate was very easy, with surprising improvements, like the 30 sec button. We are still learning How to operate some of the lesser used and experiencing the quality of this microwave. FANTASTIC product!

Great big HUGE microwave Everything is good and working on it. It is making more noise than I am accustomed. Going to utilize my BestBuy Total membership to get this resolved or maybe LG In any rate, It is nice and mostly easy to follow. I will add additional comments when noise is resolved

Overall happy with it. Good size. Strong fan. The “touch screen” aspect could use improvement as it works more like push buttons than touch screen

Love this microwave, east to operate and has everything you could possibly want. Bottom slides open to change filters, so easy. Also plays a little tune when you are finished heating things up. I would recommend this, also Ginger print proof!

The food cooks so fast! I honestly burned the roof of my mouth after reheating 6 sesame balls for 15 seconds. Our old microwave did not heat thoroughly or evenly. I think this microwave will be top notch. When I saw it was on sale, I thought it was too good to be true!

Purchased this microwave two months ago and had it installed by best buy.. Great product, great service until I recently noticed a crack in the extend a vent. I contacted LG and was told that the warranty does not cover this issue.. Very dissappointed in LG for not taking care of fixing a manufacturing issue not even two months old.

This microwave is fantastic. From the sensor cooking to the pre sets. It works great. The extend a vent is way better than a standard vent system. It actually vents what you are cooking outside. One disappointment - do not use Best Buy installation services. Their contracted vendor MN Plumbing and Home Services is a terrible company. The tech that did the installation was a hack and just slammed it in. He didn't line it up right and did not install the flange for the vent. He said it didn't line up. I took the microwave down when he left and remounted it with the proper flange installed. I'll be going back to Best Buy customer service to get a refund on the installation. Do it yourself or hire someone on your own. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR.

THIS NEW MICROWAVE HAS IT ALL GOOD LOOKS, GOOD PRICE, AND ALL THE BEST FEATURES YOU COULD WANT IN A MICROWAVE. IT REALLY GOES WELL WITH MY NEW FRIDGE AND NEW STOVE. THE BLACK STAINLESS IS REALLY NICE
