Good washing machine! Quiet and nice features!Easy to use!

Great compact washing machine and dryer. Had a small space so this was the only option otherwise a normal sized set would have been much less expensive. No problems so far.

Completely pleased with the purchase once it finally arrived after a month of waiting. Machine cleans very well and runs extremely quiet. Perfect for small spaces; would definitely recommend to those with space issues.

I've been very pleased with this compact front load washer. There's not nearly as many models to choose from as full size washers. Did a lot of research before purchase & took into consideration LG's excellent reputation. The only negatives so far are the lengthy wash times & the difficulty seeing the print on the grey bottom row of the selection panel that has a black background above.

We originally ordered the bigger version but it didn't fit down the stairs. I was a bit disappointed because I wanted to be able to have big loads. This one with 2.2 Cu is not that small. For people that use it almost every day because of a baby our loads are perfect size. Big blankets or comforters will be challenging though. It's very efficient and I use max of 2 spoons of detergent. Otherwise does drain well and I have to extra rinse and drain

We needed a washer/dryer set to fit into a small space. This machine fit the bill and it works very well. Lots of cycles to chose from and relatively quite. My only issue is there is no spot to put bleach but i just put the bleach in with the detergent and it seemed to work.

I ordered the pair based on their small size and my limited space. First, the installers failed to follow the install procedures and didn't properly balance the machines. I spent the afternoon doing it myself. The first time I used the washing machine it started shaking and vibrating violently during the spin cycle. I have tried reloading the washer mid-cycle (like the instructions suggest), using smaller loads and readjusting the feet. It doesn't matter what I do. The washer shakes and vibrates violently during the spin cycle. At first it seemed to just occur during the higher spin speeds. But now it doesn't seem to matter what speed I set it at. I reached out to Best Buy customer service who originally offered to replace it. Then I was told that no replacements where available and the best they could offer was a 150 dollar gift card. I have been sold a lemon. I am very unsatisfied with both the product and Best Buy's response.

Fits our new space. Easy to use controls and does a great job cleaning.

This machine is perfect for small places. The washer does vibrates and makes a rattling sound when on spin cycle. The wash time is super long compared to regular sized machines.

I had a small closet that I was looking to put a washer into -- works great, maximizes the space, has lots of load options. When it starts up it has very loud 'spraying' noises -- I think it's an energy efficent technique for pre-washing clothes... it's a bit abrupt and loud so I wouldn't recommend starting a load if going to bed. Otherwise everything works as expected!

I had to buy a smaller unit for the space available. For a front load machine it is small, but gets the job done. I do have to do 2 loads instead of 1, but I’m ok with that considering my constraints with space.

For the size space i needed a small washer. Looks good and works well

We have used the same old washer/dryers for the last 20 years. They still worked but wanted to get some energy saving appliances. It was hard as we have a small space so have been looking for some time. These fit perfectly in the space and are so easy to use. So far I love them.

Um. I suppose If you had the pair, it might work better. I only have the washer. With nothing sitting on top of it, it tends to walk all over the place during the spin cycle. Not good. It’s incredibly small. I’m a single guy. 6’ 1”. 200 pounds. Three shirts and a towel is all she’ll handle at a time. Sing smaller loads, more often. Also impossible to see the dials. No back lighting. I literally use a small flashlight to see the settings. Is it a decent washer? Sure. Is it worth $1100? No way. It’s a $435 washer posing as a finer machine. But it is indeed small. And if you need a washer to fit in a tiny place, this is an option. I just think you shouldn’t need to sit on an $1100 washer to keep it from walking away.

Was limited on space and after a month of searching and comparing I bought this. Wasn’t sure but turns out does a great job. Multiple wash cycles does take a little longer but cloths smell great and get clean well. I recommend this
