It's quiet and efficient. -- The most important reason why I purchased this model is that it fits under the counter in the kitchen. (Come down for breakfast & put clothes in. After breakfast, move clothes to dryer.)

The machine is louder than expected. I have had trouble getting it to be level so it makes a loud noise when spin is set to heavy

High quality good performing product

It works best for us when doing a full load and selecting the appropriate setting among the many available - experiment to find what works best for you. I advise not using the "very high" spin setting for small loads. Geek Squad installers were on time, proficient and courteous.

Great Machine

The machine does have a learning curve to use all of its options. But, does a great job cleaning. One issue is the machine is stacked with a dryer on top, as a result the unit sits pretty low so there is a lot of bending to load.

It is a little lower and thus you need to bend over further to get items in and out. Overall though the machine is running great. Display to pick cycles, temperature, size are easy to read. Lots of options for types of cleaning. Happy little tune to indicate when the load is finished is better than a monotone buzzer.

Small but mighty

For a front load machine it is small, but gets the job done. I do have to do 2 loads instead of 1, but I’m ok with that considering my constraints with space.
