I purchased this and have been very disappointed in the amount of noise it makes and how much vibration it creates. I have this on the 3rd floor and stacked in my condo and it shakes my coffee table and dining table on the floor below. When I called out the repair guy he said this was normal and described the sound to be like a flat tire on an 18 wheeler starting that this was also normal for this washer. I have had this less than 30 says. I would not recommend at all!

I haven't put the washer through all its settings (delicates, hand wash/wool, sportswear, permanent press, tub clean, etc.)--in fact, I'e only done one wash. Although it was packed full, clothes all came out clean and because the washer is quite efficient at squeezing out the water, it didn't take long to dry.

Loved the size and features but was broken on arrival. It leaked something fierce from the bottom. Return was simple with Best Buy but that sure is a hassle to take it back to the store. I replaced with a similar Samsung.

Happy with the purchase. The process was not as seamless as it could have been. The first installers did not measure to make sure the one they delivered would actually fit. We could have avoided a lot of wasted time and frustration if they had taken the time to check.

Was limited on space and after a month of searching and comparing I bought this. Wasn’t sure but turns out does a great job. Multiple wash cycles does take a little longer but cloths smell great and get clean well. I recommend this

Um. I suppose If you had the pair, it might work better. I only have the washer. With nothing sitting on top of it, it tends to walk all over the place during the spin cycle. Not good. It’s incredibly small. I’m a single guy. 6’ 1”. 200 pounds. Three shirts and a towel is all she’ll handle at a time. Sing smaller loads, more often. Also impossible to see the dials. No back lighting. I literally use a small flashlight to see the settings. Is it a decent washer? Sure. Is it worth $1100? No way. It’s a $435 washer posing as a finer machine. But it is indeed small. And if you need a washer to fit in a tiny place, this is an option. I just think you shouldn’t need to sit on an $1100 washer to keep it from walking away.

It’s very quiet, love all the options, and most of all it turns itself off automatically

This is the worst washer I have ever purchased. No matter the size of the load or the contents, it vibrates and rattles like crazy during the spin cycle. It has compartments for detergent and softeners but none for bleach/whiteners. The only good thing about this washer is that it fits in a small space.

The washer is great and I have had no problems with it so far. It has a variety of functions that I wanted, such as a sanitizing feature, which makes it really useful.
