Love this duo, couldn’t be happier with the set I got

I paid for hook up of a laundry machine, they came, they just hooked up to the old pipes were there from before, they didn't even changed to new pipes that came alone with the new machine, when I turmed the machine on, started shaking all over the place, I called the plumber myself, they came, I almost died when I found out that they even did not remove the bolts from the machine, and the machine is close to break!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! horrible

Doors are not reversible!!! for a stackable unit this ridiculous! Returned the units.

After they got your money, they just be so mean when you call in. I spend 4000 dollars on applications from best buy. After one and a half month and 40 phones calls, 10 store visiting, I still no dryer to use!!! Don't go with best buy they are horrible

This dryer has leaked since it was installed in July. BestBuy would not look at it. I was told it was installed incorectly. I would buy from a local company that will install correctly.

Geek Squad came out one week later. Washer worked on custom settings only so at least it worked. Have to replace circuit board . Called Manager Matt and he is going to exchange. He’s knowledgeable and trustworthy. He’s why we buy from this location.We’ll try another and see how it works out!

Worst service I've ever had! Paid for install and haul away if old unit, thru dropped it off and left NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY FOR INSTALL AND REMOVAL Took 2 WEEKS OF ME CALLING AND CALLING TO GET MY MONEY BACK! LAST PURCHASE EVER FOR ME!!

This washers spin cycle is violent, it rocked side to side so hard that it almost knocked over my water heater. Not a safe product wouldn’t recommend

This was the worst buy I ever made. Does wash or spin. And then trying to get service through geek squad and LG has been a nightmare

Disappointing purchase from best buy and the installation people in addition to the best buy delivery team.

I had to replace a GE 3.5 cu ft front loader I’d had for 11 years and decided to go with this LG washer based on the reliability ratings and reviews I’d read. I unfortunately have a very small laundry closet on the 2nd floor of my townhome and a compact washing machine is the only size that will fit in the space. Based on the level of vibration and noise I’m experiencing I doubt I’ll be purchasing another LG in the future. The machine seems to clean well enough but is incredibly loud when it fills with water and drains. Worst of all however (and my biggest issue) is the level of vibration during the spin cycle, even on a low spin setting. The first few times I did a load of laundry the walls were shaking so bad I was worried I would have structural damage. The washing machine is balanced (verified) and the shipping bolts were removed so I know it’s not a balancing issue. I NEVER had this much vibration with my old washing machine. I’ve ordered anti-vibration pads hoping they will make this machine workable until I need a replacement. If the pads do not work, I’m not sure I’ll be able to live with this machine for fear it will cause structural damage to my home. Needless to say, I’m disappointed.

I love this front loading machine! I have done a few loads on Normal cycle and it is quiet (even on spin cycle), uses less water and HE detergent, and washes clothes well. Clothes come out almost dry. The machine is the perfect size for a city apartment dweller and 1-2 people. I replaced a 20+ year old top-loading agitator with this front-loading washer and I wish I did it sooner. I read reviews about the high maintenance but it's really not much. I just keep the door open to air dry after I'm done using it, and will clean it regularly with baking soda and vinegar. The only issue I have is the drain hose is too short and feels like cheap plastic so I had to figure out a workaround. Other issues I had (not related to the product itself) but related to installation - make sure the new fill hoses you purchase are long enough. The installers had to use my old hoses because the new ones I bought were too short. The machine also comes with fill hoses inside the drum (which were also too short, 6') but the installers did not bother to take them out to show us and left optional parts inside the drum.

Good washer works well havent had any issues in 3 years.

This LG dryer had one thing going for it and that was size. Fit in my tiny closet. I’d sum it up in five words: it was better than nothing. I normally had to run any cycle through two times to get the clothes dry. Additionally you will have to pull out the water funnel and empty it in the tub halfway through a cycle which is something I’ve never experienced before. I’d just sing to myself, “I’ve been working on the railroad“... as I heave the water into my tub like I am really working for it. Now the unit is totally busted and I am left with either having a repair person fix it which LG gave me a phone number for, but the repair person never called me back…I also hear it’s Going to be upwards maybe even exceed the cost of the unit itself… I can go down the hall with my quarters…Or I will have to buy a new unit and it won’t be an LG model.

We bought a stackable washer and dryer combo less than a year. Just weeks after purchase, right after a 3-month trip to Europe, it started leaking and we had to buy a pump to suck up the water. Someone came and repaired it. Last week, the same washer started shaking and making horrible noises as if it were stuffed with 10 pairs of shoes with nails on the sole. After a while, it stopped working all together and the door locked. The repairman said that the basket was off whatever it was supposed to be attached to, and the motor was broken. Fortunately, they will replace it with a new machine because we have TotalTech. I don't know if this particular machine was a lemon or if this model is seriously defective. I have never had that experience with a washing machine, let alone a new one.

bought both dry and washer, anyone can use easily.

Very good quality product. After 3 years there has been zero issue.
