    This microwave is awesome. So much more power than my old GE. Heats foods up twice as fast and it is very quiet while running can barely tell it's on. Aesthetically very pleasing everyone compliments me on my new addition to my kitchen. Would definitely recommend this microwave!!!

    Don't purchase! Worked for the first three months, then stopped heating. BestBuy said I had to go through LG for service. LG responded but it took weeks, (Although it was the beginning of Covid-19). The techs replaced the magnetron. Lasted another 2.5 months and it stopped heating again. Contacted LG. They have to send service people again. The wait is 12 days this time. They will not replace the unit until the SAME part is replaced three times. So I am sure once the warranty is up, the same thing will happen again.

    I really like the way this product looks and it seems to work perfectly. The slide out hood is a great feature and the only one I've seen like it. I am very pleased with the purchase. My only complaint is that it is hard to see into the microwave while it is on. The window is a little high and when it is already over the stove, it is a little tricky. Otherwise, this microwave is perfect.

    We love this better than the old countertop model. The vent is very powerful(vented outside). Sensor cooking is easy to use. Instructions for cooking all kinds of foods in it are easy to follow. The pull out vent is nice, but cooking with gas, it disturbs the front burners.
