Recently purchased for a kitchen remodel. Did a good amount of research between different brands and LG was ranked one of the best. We are anxiously awaiting the installation of product. We really like the black stainless steel color option over the traditional stain steel that shows finger prints more easily. Will update review once it has been installed.

Heats/cooks rapidly, attractive unit, easy to keep clean

The microwave was installed in a kitchen remodel. The main reason for this microwave was the extended vent. The installation was fairly simple. The operation is simple enough that my 8 year old granddaughter can use it.

This microwave is large in the cooking area. It looks great in the kitchen.

This is a great microwave. Heats everything evenly and efficiently. Very easy to use. My favorite feature is that it perfectly pops a bag of popcorn with the push of one button. It's the first microwave I have seen that pops all of the kernels without burning the popcorn!

This microwave is so much more powerful than our old one. Takes much less time to cook. Also the easy settings are great. One negative is we have no found out how to turn on the internal light.

This oven has exceeded all my expectations. The extended exhaust fan capability is amazing. It truly eliminates the cooking odors from the kitchen. And all of the functions are pretty cool. When I read some of the reviews for this device, some people said the light over the cooktop was too dim. I disagree with that.

Beautiful, spacious and easy to use, glad I purchased

This over-the-range microwave looks great and is easy to use.

We've enjoyed using our new microwave. All of the features are clear and easy to use. The instruction manual is also well written with helpful charts. We really like the vent fan which can be extended and it tilts to maximize its use.

The input buttons are so insensitive that the majority of the time you have to press them 2 or 3 times before they register, this is a common complaint on every other site this microwave is available on, but I didnt see that complaint here at BB. Otherwise this microwave looks beautiful installed and has a ton of great features that actually work as described..

This is a great microwave. Does everything a over the range does normally but also has a pull-out vent-a-hood which protects the buttons. I’ve always had issues in the past with the buttons stop working because of the steam, this extend-a-vent looks like it will do the trick.

This was a major upgrade for us. I love the pullout air vent which has made a big difference in cooking, The whole family has been getting used to the features of the unit but do far everything has worked well.

This microwave is easy to operate. The LG slide out hood is really nice. The fact that this product has so many cooking options,e.g.,multi-stage cooking, custom cooking, and sensor cooking are really nice features. This would be an excellent upgrade and a nice addition to any kitchen.

So far, this microwave is everything I hoped it would be. The controls are very intuitive and the cooking is excellent. The pop out fan that covers more of the stove is a great bonus feature and both the exhaust fan and lights work well. Would purchase again, though I hope I don’t have to do so anytime soon!

Wonderful appliance. Gentlemen that delivered were careful and courteous. Have enjoyed how relatively quiet the unit sounds compared to my previous Maytag model which only lasted three years before door latching mechanisms broke internally.

Works well 2 years in, filters easy to clean and replace.

Easy to install. Looks nice and it is quiet. Doing a thorough job cooking food.

The microwave is good at reheating pizza. It’s easy to use I installed it my self. I can’t get the vents on the bottom to work. I’m pretty sure I was supposed to move the vents on the top but to late for that now.

Had this model for 5 years love the feature that extends the exhaust vent over the stove, use the proofing and the keep warm a lot the keep warm every day...bought it for new house just a different finish stay with what you know works
