    I love my new microwave but dislike that I had to call for service right away due to the extra vent not staying in place. the vent drawer (extra vent)was defective and only took a few minutes to fix by the tech but was disappointed to have to get it done on a new item.

    This microwave does a fine job. It has many functions and they are easy to access. We have found the fan to be very quite and it does an excellent job of exhausting odors. Use care in buying because it may less deep than most. We had to build out the rear wall about 1 inch. Because of the door swing you need to have the door about 1 inch out from the cabinets and you need about 1.25 inches of swing space on the door hinge side.

    especially love the pop out exhaust fan. The instant timed cook buttons are super convenient. Good choices of presets also

    After I saw this microwave in Best Buy and heard about it's features, I bought it on the spot. The fans & venting system are amazing. I can boil two pasta pots on the stove top without heating up the kitchen with the steam. It's easy to clean with room for microwaving on two levels at once. What a time saver! Husband thought he would miss our old countertop model (>25 years old) but I'm so happy with this beautiful equipment. LG did a great job thinking this microwave out and my Best Buy guy, AJ, did me a huge favor by pointing it out! Thank you!

    Overall everything works well, the light is sort of a bright white as opposed to a warm color halogen light. But maybe since it's led we won't ever have to change a burned out bulb! The fan vent is okay but I'm not sure how much suction there is at the front of the stove when the vent is extended out. When extended out both the front and rear draws vented air and therefore the suction at the front isn't full power. We have plenty of clocks in our home so it doesn't bother us much that the clock display turns off after 5 minutes of inactivity.
