    I purchased this microwave as an "open box item" because it has some minor cosmetic damage. I got a great product for a great value. It took me less than an hour to install (I did need help to lift it into place and hold it while I thightened the screws) and it looks great in my kitchen. The microwave is quiet, the sensor cooking is perfect and the fan is very powerful and it extends over the front burners easily. I also love the LED light.

    We like it alot. Overall its very nice and powerful. We kind of miss the quick minute setting, where you could just press a number and hit start and it would cook for that long. You have to press the minute and seconds then start. It does have the +30 seconds. Its really no biggy, we are very happy with it

    This microwave is so great, that we got a second one for our new house. The extend-a-vent feature helps quite a bit in eliminating the steam/smoke coming from the front cooking surfaces. The multiple automatic features such as: auto cook, auto reheat, timer while microwave is being used are just a few phenomenal features. This microwave have revolutionized the OTR microwave with the extend-a-vent feature!

    Like the slide out tray. Besides venting better, it helps block steam and grease while cooking on the stove and so it keeps glass on microwave above the stove to stay cleaner. Glass is easy to wipe because wiping does not Accidentally activate the cook buttons.

    As children we were told not to put metal in the microwave or it would explode. The first thing I saw when I opened it was that it has a metal rack. It’s amazing that we have come so far and the features on this microwave prove that. Make sure if you purchase this you get really good measurements for your space. The excellent fan system on the bottom just barely squeaked in without being a fire hazard in my home.

    This LG - 2.2 cu . ft. over the range Microwave replaced a similar model but the fan on this model is much quieter than the previous model and also the heat sensor does not activate the fan as often as the previous model. Satisfied with the purchase from and install on April 27,2021 by Best Buy
