    The product works as expected. I also had contact with the LG customer service for some help with the installation methods and they were very helpful. I will definitely be going with LG as I replace my appliances down the road. The Best Buy sales people were great as well. Very patient with no pressure to make a purchase.

    I love how the front of the microwave is soo easy to use. The lightest touch of the buttons works. However, the microwave is does not always work the same. I heat many things up for 30 seconds. Sometimes things come out hot, sometimes warm, and sometimes they're still cold.

    Purchased this to replace a microwave that the magnatron failed in it. I wanted a larger one and this one fit the bill. It has great features and I love the sliding vent hood to reach the front burners of my gas range. I also like the fact that it has a shelf as well inside. The oven has two light settings and clear labeled controls. I had no problem installing it.
