    We got the display model so there are a few blemishes and screws we’re missing for install. But they did a great job packing it up for us and it works very well.

    Great so far and more efficient than the one I replaced. I’m still getting used to all of the features but everything’s wonderful at this point and it goes well with my new air fryer/air sous vide gas stove.

    Looks great above LG range! Easy to operate and the "ready" sound is silenced! Excellent venting system, 2 choices for lighting, large turntable.... replaced the older 1995 microwave, so improvements are all appreciated!

    LG has always been my go to for many years for appliances. I bought a new house and had a GE that lasted about 3 mos. LG microwaves has lasted for as long as 15 years without wearing out. The options on this model is excellent and cook evenly.

    Absolutely fabulous. It works well it lives up to the LG quality. It’s very sleek looking and it works very well. I only wish that the door had a button to push to open it versus pulling the door by the handle.

    I am only giving 4 stars because of price point. It is a little pricey. However, LG has not disappointed. I love the pull out fan, its quiet, bottom touch screen is modern and convenient. Funny, but I do miss the actual "baked potaote" feature but learning the sensor feature.

    Love the settings and the way they are set up for defrost items and softening items and direct heating. It would have been five stars except the heating rack is so low that it has to come out to use almost every time I need to use it which is irritating for me.

    Overall a nice appliance to have in the kitchen. The pop out fan hood works better than I expected catching a lot more smoke from cooking. Being one of the largest you can fill it up on two levels yet it is still powerful enough to cook it all. Very happy with it
