This microwave is large and spacious inside. Suitable for those who warm or cook large dishes. It was a lot larger that my previous one, it takes up a lot of space (don't suggest if you have small opening and kitchen). It is very quiet and was easy to setup. The design has some flaws. The instrument panel is on the bottom of door panel and the vertical glass panel panel to the right has the no controls in it, which look awkward and a waste of space.

this is by far the best microwave I've ever owned.it has a sleek design with a touch screen glass and heats up the food really quickly. the extend a vent is a great feature that allows you to redirect the smoke or steam coming from the range under the microwave. I would definitely recommend this product.

This microwave cooks evenly, defrosts well and has an easy and intuitive control panel. So far, we have minimal complaints. The interior is a bit dark with the grey paint, and the light inside isn’t the best. Also, the “reheat” button seems a bit finicky/less touch sensitive than the rest of the panel. Those items aside, it’s relatively quiet, does what is supposed to and the extended vent is helpful.

Really loving my new microwave. I’ve had it about a month and it replaced my 20 year old model. It’s easy to use and very quiet compared to my old one. I especially love the slide out vent/fan. It looks very top of the line. My daughter really likes the Mac n cheese button. I like that it cooks evenly and hot.

Spacious microwave that's easy to clean. Several handy presets . Extended vent will come in handy when I have to use it I believe. Rack has fallen a couple of times. Will take a while to get used to all the features.

We like features and looks of this microwave very much. My wife insisted on another microwave with the extended vent (we had the first version of this microwave but it only lasted 6 years) that also covers the front burner not just the back. The inside is easy to clean and has plenty of space. I like that it has 4 vent speeds more then the older model. It has a ton of features that my wife like but honestly I usually only use the 30 seconds button. Happy with the purchase even though the price is a bit higher than others but she had to have the extended vent. Just hope it last more than 6 years this time or will be the last LG I buy.

I love how the fan pops out to extend over the stove area to absorb more of the steam coming off pots on the stove. The microwave is easy to use. I just wish it didn't have the turntable and had a flat bottom, but they don't make those anymore, so this is the next best thing.

Purchased to replace a 16 year old microwave that had finally died. It took a little effort to get it installed. If you’re not fairly strong, have help, or not good with tools, paying the small fee for professional installation is recommended. Once in place it has been awesome. Perhaps the old oven had been declining in performance over time, but this one performs far above our expectations. We especially like the pullout extension for the vent fan. The dark interior seemed strange at first, but it doesn’t detract from appearance or performance and cleans very easily. The 2-lever light underneath is surprisingly bright on high, and makes an excellent night light on low.

This microwave was rather easy to install and we love how they put the touch buttons on the door to give it a different look. The push out fan to help cover exhaust on the front burners is also pretty awesome.

Had to replace a microwave during the current pandemic. Took a few weeks for the microwave to arrive so we could do contact less pick up. Store employees were courteous and helped with loading the car. The microwave almost fit exactly where our old one did. We had to adjust the hanging rack a bit to make sure it was hung correctly. The touch sensor on the panel isn't as sensitive as I would like it to be. I have to hold my finger on the button long to have it recognize that I pushed a button. I still need to read the manual to see if it can be adjusted. But over all this is a very quiet microwave and boy does it do a great job at heating/warming up food. It heats things up twice as fast as our old microwave! Good value and I hope it lasts us a long time.

Great microwave! Love all of the features, easy to use and BIG inside. Fan is powerful and love the extra extension when I'm using the front stove burners.

Buttons are moved but easier to reach. Quiet, Quiet Quite running unit. Does a great job and presets have yet to burn our popcorn. Sleek appealing design and powerful fan with extended cover.

This is the most feature rich attractive above the range microwave currently on the market; in my humble opinion. I really enjoy the bilevel cooking feature and the large capacity of this ovens' interior. My favorite features have to be the slide out Extenda Vent ventilation and the control panel along the bottom of the door. This is one nice looking microwave with many useful features. We really enjoy the sleek futuristic design and the many features this oven provides.

My kids love using it since it’s user friendly.It has a lot of nice features.We love the color coz it looks so neat and at the same time it matches our new kitchen granite.

Have only had this microwave a few weeks but we are already in love with it. Extend a vent is great for keeping the heat and cooking smells out of the kitchen. The controls are easy to use. We wanted a microwave with the controls on the bottom rather than the side as I am short in statue. The stainless steel is easy to keep clean and hardly ever shows finger prints! HUGE capacity! Everything we have reheated or cooked in it so far comes out great. Beautiful in our newly remodeled kitchen. Glad we chose this microwave.

Very powerful, nice looking, a lot room. Be very patient and careful when install the microwave, you need two people to install because it is very heavy. Mark the template correctly, if not, it is a nightmare to install. Don't do what I did, cut the template wrong and it throws everything off. It took me five times to drill the holes correctly. So be patient. Other than that, the microwave is very nice and not noisy when it runs. Thanks

The capacity and easy of use make this more than worth the money. I got an open box unit that had a minor scratch on it and once installed is hardly noticeable. The extended vent I did not think I would use but I was using a wok for cooking vegetables and it came in very handy. It stopped all the steam and little bit of grease from getting on the front of the microwave. I liked the look of this so much when upgrading my dishwasher I got an LG with the same black stainless steel finish.
