We love this microwave. The slide out vent is so convenient especially when cooking pasta or frying stinky food! All the features work as expected. No complaints here!

It has a sleek look and is very quiet when in use.

This microwave is beautiful. It’s quiet. The turbo exhaust fan works wells. Door doesn’t need to be slammed to close like some. Has a lot of features that you can customize. You get a lot more than what you pay for.

A little less powerful than our 1100 watt unit we replaced. But it looks good, led lights are nice and the fan seems to do a decent job. Only complaint (And this is not just the LG) is we lost the ability to just hit #1 or #2 and the microwave go for that many minutes. Not a big deal, just miss it.

Love this microwave. Does a great job evenly cooking the food even faster then most. I love the extended air filter as well.

This item is lovely. I’m in love with the black print proof stainless. It’s one of the best inventions ever. My other stainless items are so hard to clean, this item is easy to care and clean. LOVE IT !!!

The microwave works great and the range fan works really well. the under light is not as bright as I want. Also I wish I opted for menu on side instead of the door. I can't see food dish inside unless I am on my tipping toes to see inside.

We have had this microwave only for a few days now, but have found it to work well. I have tested the automatic features for reheating and they work well. Had it installed and they did a great job!

I like the microwave look and operation. I don't always hit the buttons correctly - still getting used to the new layout. Works well - heats. Add 30 sec button is useful. I like the extra venting that pulls out and acts as splash guard from range below

Awesome, purchased because of the vent, wanted an exhaust that covered the entire surface of the stove below. This delivers, and a bonus that the microwave works too

It's great! The fan has enough speeds to keep fumes from going all over the house. The LED light is bright enough to really see. The function buttons are much more simple than on old models.

I totally love this microwave! Not only does it have all the functions that I need but it works and looks great too. Paid a little more for led lights and it was well worth it. I think out of all the microwaves I've ever owned this one is the best. I love it!!

We like this and use it alot. We like the hood extensionwith extra filters. There is lots of space. We like the instant setting. We wish it was easier to see inside and there was more instant cook settings.

We love this microwave. We renovated our kitchen and wanted to standardize on LG equipment. This microwave tied in well to our vent system.

This is a great microwave with one exception. The fan motor makes a high pitched whine, especially noticeable at low speed. This is disappointing because the “wind”/air blower noise is quite acceptable. I called LG and they sent a repair man out the same day. However he said a replacement fan motor might make the same noise so he refused to replace it. Otherwise the microwave works great, the extenavent and ventilation system do a good job of venting the smoke and steam above the stove, the magnetron is very quiet, and the sensor cook does a good job on vegetables (the only thing I’ve used it for so far).

Can not say as much. So far happy with the product, this is the third microwave we bought for the last 3 years. Tried LG this time. Hoping it will last. I had whirlpool the last 2times and just stop wirking

The product was defective(Extremely noisy).I contacted the customer service reps at LG, they were very polite in defending their product, while at the same time implying very strongly that I was wrong regarding my complaint. After two separate phone conversations with the LG reps they agreed to send a repairman. The repairman uninstalled the unit, removed the cover and observed the fan was not bolted down at the factory and was causing all the loud noise, he secured the fan and the problem was solved. I do not have a problem with Best Buy but the customer service people at LG should be more receptive and understanding regarding any complaints about their products and not be so defensive while treating the customer like an idiot in a very polite way of course.

Purchased this to replace our older one we bought the same kind. The young man that waited on us did a great job of helping us. Would ask for him again to help us in any future purchases.

One of the best things about this LG microwave is the strong fan system that can reduce steam & smoke from the stove below; I am particularly aware of this feature since excessive steam from stovetop cooking ruined my previous Samsung microwave circuit board, requiring me to replace it.
