We love this microwave eapecially they extended venting option. Only wish it wouldve had they airfryer option, but not a big deal breaker.

The product was defective(Extremely noisy).I contacted the customer service reps at LG, they were very polite in defending their product, while at the same time implying very strongly that I was wrong regarding my complaint. After two separate phone conversations with the LG reps they agreed to send a repairman. The repairman uninstalled the unit, removed the cover and observed the fan was not bolted down at the factory and was causing all the loud noise, he secured the fan and the problem was solved. I do not have a problem with Best Buy but the customer service people at LG should be more receptive and understanding regarding any complaints about their products and not be so defensive while treating the customer like an idiot in a very polite way of course.

One of the best things about this LG microwave is the strong fan system that can reduce steam & smoke from the stove below; I am particularly aware of this feature since excessive steam from stovetop cooking ruined my previous Samsung microwave circuit board, requiring me to replace it.

I absolutely love this range. Controls are all up front and easy to see and use. Like the little jingles on the timer, and it looks great in my kitchen. I read all the reviews on the Best Buy website and decided this is the range I want.

Great microwave. Very difficult to do yourself. Recommend using an expert. I love everything about it. If I could change one thing it would be that you can not see what is cooking on the bottom. But it is great.

While there are many many many many microwaves with better features and put together with better quality components than this one, we got it solely based on two reasons. It would heat food and extend for better vent fan.

We finally found an over-range microwave which eliminates condensation on the front of the microwave when cooking on the front burners. The large capacity and ability to heat two things at once comes in handy too.

The glass tray was chipped when we opened the box and we call service and they sent a new one out within a week. Great service and the delivery was as it was scheduled. Great Job to Best Buy! David and Liz

I love the look but you have to be very carefully with scratches, the black stainless steel will show them easily

Purchased this microwave hood a few weeks back. We are redoing our kitchen so we needed a new hood and decided to make it a combo. I really like the feature that the hood extendes forward to pick up the steam from the front burners on the stove.

Love the look and feel of this Microwave. The additional filter that you are able to push to come out is helpful.

It seems to be a very sound microwave. It cooks well, ventilation seems top notch but a bit noisy. Haven’t had it very long so we’ll see about reliability. Pricey, hopefully worth it.

I like the matching microwave with range hood. I just moved into an older condo and there were necessary upgrades needed. I like all of my LG products thus far.

Went shopping for a refrigerator and decided to go with a whole new kitchen. Beautiful range, inside is a purple/blue, burners are strong and love the 5th burner. Option for convection is really nice...couldn't be happier with purchase

Clock not big enough or bright enough... does not match clock on LG range. Beeps are too loud... no way to lower volume. Adding time to heating that is already in progress is by 30 second increments... now way to change this.

I love that i can heat 2 plates at once. Also, the ventilation blower didn't seem as great as my old range hood at first but after cooking over the holidays and using the oven top the blower with 4 speeds did a good job. So i am Happy!

Very happy with the purchase of this Microwave. Having the buttons on the bottom allowed me to reach the buttons comfortably. The design of the buttons was very simple.

Great microwave with the added feature of the bottom sliding out to cover more of the stovetop. Also like that the buttons are at the bottom some my youngster can reach them.

Looks good, works great. Easy for my kids to use. Cooks food evenly.

Attractive unit. Controls in a great place for folks that may not be as tall as they would like. Works great and has a lot of programming options.
