    Replaced a 13 month old Samsung that stopped working! Sad quality! Have only had this for a month but working fine. Purchased the extended warrenty, better than the wasted $400 on the 12 month warrenty loss on the Samsung.

    So far we’ve been happy with it. Like most microwaves id avoid using the popcorn button when making popcorn but, otherwise it’s worked well.

    Great microwave except that when it’s in use, the extended vent rattles and vibrates. It only does it when the vent isn’t extended (which is almost always). It’s just annoying

    Love that it has the menu options inside the door. Don't like the deep food catching wells under the plate. Not easy to wipe down the inside
