Bestbuy now uses a 3rd party company to service their appliances they're a complete joke they replaced the same part over four times they damaged my cabinets damaged my stove when dropping the microwave. Bestbuy doesn't care at all because it's 3rd party so it's not their problem. Microwave was broken in March and it took them months and months to fix I still haven't had my other items repaired. Complete joke and a waste of time do not buy geeksquad warranties. I used to be an employee and recommend them to everyone now that it's 3rd party you might as well just tear up your money. I also spent at least 10+ hours on hold and being hung up by geeksquad. I was promised I would be taken care of and something would be done for my troubles by manager but nothing ever came from it. Stores have zero power to help, escalation after escalation. Never again.

As i tried to screw it back the screw is comin thru the hole. Maybe a washer will do.
