    We like this unit, the vent extending is a unique and used feature. For some reason on a few occasions, while door is open and I'm retrieving my food, the clock goes and stays : requiring the time be reset. Not difficult but concerns me for a future problem, called the Best Buy customer service number and they will come uninstall and reinstall a new replacement. Thank you Best Buy for making it feel super easy!!

    It you're looking for a microwave with a great fan this is the one!!! Pull out and drop down vents work better than any over-the-store microwave we've ever owned.

    I got a great deal on an open box model the only bad thing was someone else tried to put it up and I had to make my own template to install was hoping that LG would basically make mounting brackets the same from microwave to microwave but that’s not the case, I measured three times Was able to use the existing LG bracket installed the new cord and the bolts and have been using it ever since I love the pull out fan because I cook a lot so far works great and the lights over my stove are wonderful
