Purchased the unit because it had the extended vent feature. The extended vent captures steam and vapors much better than a standard microwave vent. All other features of the microwave work well. The installation instructions were easy to follow and accurate. We have been using it for approximately one month.

love the feature of the vent that extends out to cover the stove top. Fairly easy to use.

My wife loves this. The fan is super quite and it is easy to work. It also looks really god in our kitchen.

So far so good at least its not coming on by itself like the previous one it was a samsung. I really like the pull out extended vent system on this one the coverage for the venting is so much better. The quality of this microwave seems to be very good and it has a stationary turn table as well if you want to stop it from turning .

Works well. No issues. Cool more modern design. Love the extended exhaust fan.

I was not disappointed. This has been a great vent hood and excellent microwave, both! Love that the vent hood extends over whole cooktop and has four fan levels. Also, best microwave we have ever had. It heats quickly and evenly and has many features that work great. For example butter softens and popcorn cooks perfectly with the popcorn timer, etc.

Easy install, very intuitive and the extended Vent works fantastic

So far so good. I have started replacing my Samsung with LG appliances and I am liking the change! Better quality I am still new with LG. My dishwasher is a dream so far. We just purchased an LG washing machine and it actually cleans our bedding without it being soaked wet at the end.

This new microwave is great. Looks sleek with the controls on the door. Easy to use and to maintain.

We were replacing an aging, but still functional over the stove microwave. I was hoping the mounting holes would line up, but were just a little off. The mounting template was on such thin paper that it took two people to put it up to see if the holes aligned. Close enough. It will take us a few weeks to figure out everything this unit does. It seems to cook food more thoroughly and is much quieter than our 12 yr old GE we replaced. So far a nice purchase since all our appliances now match.

The vent on this microwave is amazing. Food smells and heat always go straight to the top floor of my house, I had this microwave installed with a vent outside and all problems solved. This is one mighty vent, sucks heat and smell like no other. Microwave works great.

Nice looking microwave with many features. love the additional option to expand out the vent to cover the entire stove, really makes a difference when cooking. Handle is solid metal so you don't have to worry about pealing like my previous GE microwave.

Installation was straightforward and instructions were easy to follow. The microwave looks and works great. Pop-out vent is a nice feature and is what sold me on this microwave. The only thing that is slightly disappointing is that I cannot push 1,2,3, etc. for quick minute times, as in my previous microwave. This only has a 30-second+ button. This would have been a nice feature.

This microwave was easy to install. The stove light is very good. And the exhaust fan is great. We love all the added features. We have no complaints.

Intially ordered the model up with convection oven but do to the wait to get I started to look at options within LG line. This is next best choice. Doesn't have convection but does have an under push out fan which I needed more than convection as our LG oven has it. Nothing fancy. Matter of fact it lacks in extras. No nite light setting. No easy settings for minute increments. There are presets but the most basic things are missing. I'll give it a plus for capacity size.
