Love the slide out fan unit . The unit works great and appears to do all the things I need. Not difficult to operate.

Best microwave ever!! The controls across the bottom are at eye level and easy to read. The pop-out exhaust fan system helps exhaust all the stovetop area. The microwave light for the stovetop is bright to better see the cooking items. Highly recommend this microwave!

I am happy with this microwave with two exceptions: the timer alarm is quite soft and, because of the controls at the bottom of the door, it is difficult to see inside. With that said, the vent shelf that extends out is an excellent feature and keeps steam off the side cabinets. I would get this oven for this feature.

I like the extended vent for boiling water but a good part of moisture still gets passed and condensates on microwave and ceiling above. I try to place the lid on pot to direct moisture under vented area. The microwave works for those normal microwave uses. It HAS the option of venting out so smoke or moisture is directed out of the house which is the way we installed it. Don't let anyone tell you it does not. I'd buy again.

The main reason we chose this microwave was for the extending fan at the bottom. After using for a few weeks it was well worth the price. It’s quiet and captures steam very well. Using the microwave is straightforward and the heating consistency is very accurate. All in all a fantastic appliance.

This microwave is by far the best one that I’ve ever owned. I like the extra vent over the stove top as well. I recommended this microwave to my daughter and she purchased the same LG microwave. Seriously excellent purchase at a very good price at Best Buy!!

Very happy with purchase and installation. First the individuals that were the installers for Best Buy were great. On time, professional. Our new microwave is great. So much more quiet than our last unit. We like the exhaust hood extension. Takes the cooking odors and heat out of the kitchen.

The extending fan works very well. It is a feature that I was not seeking, but I’ll never get another microwave without it. The unit is very quiet. The automatic features are helpful. The defrost function works better than any other microwave I have owned. Very pleased with this purchase and so highly recommend it.

I actually really like the new digital layout all along the bottom of the microwave! I'm short, it's high over the stove, yet, with the new layout, I can actually see and reach everything! This high-end model also has an extra pull out section that helps to vent the stove and protect the microwave from getting dirty and wet from steam. What a great invention!!!!

This unit is great. It has all the bells and whistles, and it is extremely quiet.

Excellent microwave. Fan works great. LED light looks cool. The auto defrost sensing is spot on. You just enter the type of food and weight. There were some challenges drilling the overhead front holes because of the pre-existing cabinet screws but we were able to angle the drill holes. Else this unit is a 10. I selected this unit based on reliability, user reviews, ability to filter smoke and price.

I really like the shiny dark grey metal finish on the inside. It matches the new insides of upscale appliances I've seen. It is a bit heavy on the install process, don't do this alone or you will damage the front side. The smooth glass imbedded buttons are easy to clean and should continue to look new over time instead of the plastic matte panels.

I love this item it is easy to work and it looks great.

I was so surprised by this microwave. The extra exhaust feature is amazing and really works well when using the front burners of my range. Again LG knows how to incorporate feature and functions for ease of use. Our Best Buy In Home Designer found this for us, he is my hero!

The pull-out vent is a great feature, and the microwave itself operates effectively and robustly. We have not used all the features of this relatively advanced microwave, but the basic features we have used so far all work great and are easy to use.

Installation was as simple as the previous microwave, fit was as advertised. (Measure before buying!) Features are working well, but the main selling point for us was the Extenda-Vent since our front stove burner is the main burner. Previous microwave just let the smoke by, this one catches most of it when extended.
