It is also very slow, and dries clothes so poorly that I question whether it is actually energy efficient. The repairman who came to diagnose my problems called this model "cheaply made" and not very good. He said that he often had to make repairs on it. I am therefore returning my machine and getting something else.

I can't keep it from walking all over the place! it's been leveled on a hard flat surface and still shakes and walks. I've put in low spin and the same thing happens. Very Bad Experience with Best Buy

The dryer made load siren noises so that our apartment sounds like it is under air raid attack like Great Britain in World War II. The repairman from Geeksquad said it needs to be replaced. I am STILL waiting on Aug 2 to get the replacement. My appointments are canceled each week and we are still waiting for a replacement. Best Buy should be ashamed of this service as I have been a very good customer (also bought a new 70" TCL TV). They can not explain or least tell me the truth as to what is happening. If they can't do the replacement, they should at least refund my money and take this machine out so I can buy a better one from Lowe's or Home Depot. Unreal!

Where is the washer/Dryer ?

The latest date we were given is October 14th. The original date of delivery was Sept. 9th which was cancelled by Best Buy stating a "store issue" ???

The unit needs a 110 outlet for the washer, mine only has a 220 outlet. I am now getting the run around from best buy while trying to remedy this. And i am without a working laundry machine.

First, the positives: the unit is sleek, attractive, and, contrary to some negative reviews about its drying ability, I’ve been very impressed in this area. However, my main issue is the hammering noise it makes during the spin cycle, which lasts for about 15–20 minutes. I live in an 800 sq. ft., 100-year-old house, and there’s no escaping the noise—it’s miserable to be in the house when the washer is spinning. I’m unsure if I received a defective unit, but in researching this issue online, I’ve found that this seems to be a common problem with LG’s front-loading washing machines.
