Happy with the washer. Tons of different options and the App works well to let me know when the cycle is done.

So far no problems. The digital settings are a little complicated. Like the music when the cycle finishes. Much quieter than what I had previously.

Great washer and looks good too! My family is very happy with it

Washer appeared to be cosmetically damaged, but had the drop it anyway while we wait for a replacement. As it turns out it is damaged enough that it doesn't work at all. Even the slightest spin cycle vibrates uncontrollably.

We received open packaged products. The product arrived wrong. We bought a washing machine. But the dryer arrived. We could not contact the store afterwards. When we contacted the store they said they would take care of it. But they didn't care. That's why we had to transport the product with our own means. This is for the health of me and my husband. It was very bad. Because we had to lift a very heavy machine ourselves and return it to the store. Then I requested a refund from the store for the shipping they took from me. Then we buy the right machine with our own means. We brought it to our home. But this process was very tiring.

Washes and spins well. Easy to clean, operation is straightforward - you can hook it up with your phone to see how much time is left, remote start, pause, etc. Lots of settings and the option to download others from the app. Fairly quiet when it isn't spinning/pumping water, and not too bad then either. The filter is easy to clean and the detergent drawer has slots for softener, prewash/main wash, etc. Plugs into a normal 3 prong outlet, but the dryer needs a special outlet. Delivery was great. Keep in mind capacity is small. I was surprised how small when it came, but have adjusted to it quickly as one person. I think for a large family this could be hard. The reason it's small, as I understand it, is because the dryer can only take so much volume; so on top of the drum itself being small, you're only meant to fill it halfway. This isn't an issue for me because it's true of all condenser washer/dryer pairs. But keep it in mind and see it in person/watch videos if you can. Super happy with the purchase.

I bought this washer and the matching dryer about a month ago. I needed small machines to fit into a closet, and these replaced a Frigidaire pair that were at least a decade old. I'm mostly pleased with the new washer/dryer; they do the job, and are quiet and energy-efficient. My complaint is with the manuals and instructions, which leave out essential steps such as pushing the pause button to change the water temperature on the washer (I only discovered this through much experimentation, since it's not in the manual). Bad work, LG. Meanwhile Best Buy did an excellent job in prompt delivery and installation.

I've only washed a handful of loads, but thus far this meets all my expectations. It's not overly loud, and easier to load and unload than I'd anticipated. Clothes seem to be coming out clean. Four rather than five stars because on a couple occasions there was an electronics glitch Once it shut itself off shortly after starting. On another, after running well for a while, I got a message that there was an inadequate water supply. In both cases, a restart remedied the problem.

We purchased this washer for our condominium. We needed something compact to fit in our available space. While the washing capacity is limited, it does a great job of cleaning a wide variety of laundry. It's simple to use and operates quietly. It is also attractive and the digital controls intuitive.

Coming from older 23" asko and bosch this has superior cleaning performance. Yes the allergeine wash cycle take 4 hours but i put a nasty cotton bathmat in there and it looks new. Hopefully it has the same nearly 20+ year long longevity of the others. If i had a complaint the UI of the controls is not great, its also dark and hard to see the letters to the extent i need to turn an extra light on. I am very concious of minimizing damage to clothing and ive done delicates as well as selvedge denim in the machine which were fine. Good capacity as well.

This washer is awesome! It fits perfectly in the small space I needed it to but don't be fooled. This small washer packs a punch! Easy to use and efficient. My water bill didn't go down but it didn't go up either. Neither did my electric bill. Easy to use and easy to figure out what setting to use for what cloths. Never want another!

Very happy with this washer, it is much quieter than our previous washer despite spinning at a much faster rpm. The smaller size still handles a fairly large load but takes a bit longer than our previous machine. The longer time may be just what setting we are choosing.

Excellent small space, stackable washer. Easy to use, very quiet and cleans clothes well.

These two cute machines are tiny but mighties. They work as well as their bigger brothers. Nice features, good washing and drying abilities. However, they are not cheap for what you get. Only buy them if you are short on physical space.

Absolutely Wonderful and Innovative in its operation! Very cutting edge technology applied to a Washing Machine that does wonders with my clothes, even getting out set-in stains. The end result is always really clean clothes that also smell good! Their instructions are extensive, and I keep them handy to consult when I need to try a new cycle. I have furry pets, so when I washed pet items, I used the Tub Clean cycle and had NO Pet Hair at all in the drum afterwards. That is a true bonus with this washer. I know I made an excellent purchase with Jonathan as my sales representative, who gave me great confidence to try something entirely new in a Washer and Dryer! They look great too! Compact in size; Gigantic in performance!

This LG washer has a very large capacity, It can handle King sized sheets and comforters with ease. It is very quiet. It has a large array of cycles including specific ones for towels, bedding, sanitizing, heavily duty and small loads. It is wi-fi compatible and can be programmed via the LG app form any smart phone. It comes with a delay, so you can load the washer and set it to run several hours later. Also, it reports via the LG app weekely usage/ Overall, it is a great piece of equipment. Also a matching dryer is available.

Very powerful washer despite the size. Holds a decent load. Great for apartments that need something compact.

Pros: Nice very small (compact) washer, quiet wash & spin, easy to operate. Good for a couple only. Fits well in small spaces. Cons: Only very small loads, nothing too bulky or heavy. Not for a family.

Excellent washer, exceeds all my expectations. Was concerned about size but it’s the perfect size for two people. We moved into a smaller apartment without Connections. I got a 12 ft hot cold water line and a 10 ft drain extension and plumbed it into the bathroom sink. Used Minisplit covers to conceal the pipes and works great. Love the smart home app and is by far the best appliance I have ever bought. Cleans clothes really well unless you over pack it. I paired with inexpensive Rovsun dryer that I put in a closet and vented out a window. Overall the best temp washer/dryer setup possible for a rental. Even if you own this machine is excellent. Perfect size and tiny compared to others.

Overall this is a great little machine. It’s a bit smaller than I thought it would be even though I measured beforehand. It’s controls are very easy to use and the machine is quiet and does a great job.
