This is a great washer, if you have a condo or don't have alot of room it is wonderful

Small but mighty! Cleans really well- has far more settings and options than the same model that it replaced that was 12 years old. A definite upgrade.

I am familiar with the excellent quality and longevity of LG washers, therefore this brand was my only option when purchasing a new washing machine. I only use cold water and it quietly completes the cycle with clean results. I especially appreciate its Speed Wash option that only takes 30 minutes! The compact size is perfect for an apartment with limited space complemented by stacking it with an LG dryer.

Very durable and compact. Moved to a new home and purchased to fit in a smaller space…. And have yet to be dissappointed. Highly recommend.

I was restricted as to which washing machine I could get, due to space limitations. This was one of the only options. I'm very pleased with the unit--it was expensive, but I will get use of it, in the end.

This washer's capacity is much smaller than its accompanying stackable dryer, but it still sufficient for our needs. However, it does shake and vibrate more (on the spin dry cycle) than our previous washer that was almost twice the capacity, I suppose because it is less heavy, even with the dryer on top. The reason I got this washer is because I first got the matching Heat Pump dryer and I wanted to stack the units. The Heat Pump dryer is great but I do like this washing machine as well. Unfortunately there are not a lot of heat pump dryers available. Just make sure you look over it for damages upon delivery. This is the second appliance I received from Best Buy that arrive dented. I got a fair credit for the dented washer, but missed out on a huge dent with a very expensive range that I bought previously.

Washer works great, as some mentioned it does shake pretty loud but I have it in a spot where the dishwasher was and put a bit of board in between the washer and wall to keep it shaking so bad and banging against the side. I am disappointed with Best Buy though, it went on sell less than 30 days of it being delivered and they wouldn't give me the price difference of 200 for the washer and the dryer. Both being on sell 100 cheaper. Other wise I would rate it 4 stars.

Excellent size, I can load more than what I was expecting. The type of load indicator is not easy to follow - is between options. Need to read instructions again for proper cycle use. Have not tried the intelligence features.
