The type of load indicator is not easy to follow - is between options. Need to read instructions again for proper cycle use. Have not tried the intelligence features.

Good dryer but has some drawbacks.

Overall, gets the job done and has a huge capacity but frustrated with having to dry cotton shirts on a dryer rack to avoid wrinkles.

If you use detergent pods, put it in the drum first, not in the dispenser. The settings are easy to use and result in perfect results. We do like to add an extra rinse.

The washing machine in a condo that we own and rent out had died and our tenant was unable to do her laundry. We looked at Lowe’s and Homo Depot but. Itching was in stock. I got online and found this beauty in a nearby suburb of Seattle and was able to pick it up in three days! It is perfect! Super quiet and very efficient!

The smart features are extremely helpful and the performance is top notch. Buying the washer and dryer as a combo set is a must since they link together to recommend settings.
