Source is unclear. LG delegated service under its Premium Care extended warranty obligation to Sears, which was unable to keep its appointment. Weeks later, we are still waiting for service. Stay away from this piece of trash and from LG. Also stay away from Best Buy, which needed to make a return visit since its original hookup was incorrect. (Hot and cold water connections reversed.)

The machine is compact however it doesn’t clean clothes well. My clothes don’t come out totally clean and I end up having to do laundry multiple times a day because it’s so small. I ended up having to purchase another washer because this is so bad.
