    Do not buy. The machine is compact however it doesn’t clean clothes well. My clothes don’t come out totally clean and I end up having to do laundry multiple times a day because it’s so small. I ended up having to purchase another washer because this is so bad.

    Washer fors not work properly. Oftentimes it is froze in the mufddle of cycle and stay there indefinite, until i get to restart. Washer is garbage product.

      This type of issue can sometimes be caused by a software glitch that is cleared with a simple power cycle or, less often, by a blockage in the drain filter or an imbalanced load.

      Basic Troubleshooting Step:

      Perform a Power Cycle: Unplug the washer from the wall outlet for at least 5 minutes. Then, plug it back in and try running a cycle again. This can often reset the control board and resolve temporary electronic errors.
