I recently got the LG 20.2 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator (LTCS20020S), and overall, it’s been a solid addition to my kitchen. The stainless steel finish looks sleek, and the spacious interior easily holds all my groceries. The adjustable glass shelves are a nice touch, making it easy to organize food, and the LED lighting keeps everything visible—though I do wish the freezer had a light too. Performance-wise, it runs quietly and keeps food fresh, but I did have to adjust the settings to a colder level to get the best results. It doesn’t come with an ice maker by default, but you can add one if needed. For the price, I’d say it’s a great, no-frills refrigerator with a modern look, ideal for anyone wanting something reliable and stylish without unnecessary extras.

Reasonable price compared to a lot of others the same size. Plenty of room and storage options inside the refrigerator. We rarely use ice so there's quite a bit more space in the freezer without the ice maker. It is very quiet and seals well. It works as well or better than advertised. The front has a smooth surface so it's easier to clean. Not so excited that the front is curved so if you use magnets to hold things on it they might sit funny. The curved front will deter "clutter". We have limited space so a lot of bells and whistles don't come on a refrigerator this size. All things considered we are pleased with it. The delivery also went well, they were here at the first part of heir four hour window, had it inside, hauled the old one out to the driveway, and were gone in less than twenty minutes.

The fridge fit perfectly in our space. We love the spaciousness of it, the clean lines, and the temperature in the freezer and fridge. We highly recommend this fridge.

Awesome fridge. Pros- it works great, quiet, fits a lot of food. Super cold, nice design, great on electricity, comes with ice maker. CONS- I really can’t think of none great fridge I have it in my garage and I freeking love it! I’ve had it for 5 months now and I still love it!

Great! Top freezer fridge. Enough space for a family of 4/5, Settings are simple, freezes quietly, cools perfectly. A simple stylistic piece that looks good in any kitchen.

Bought this LG as a drink and overflow fridge for our garage. It seems well built as refrigerators go. The glass shelves are nicer (to me) than the wire shelves with a lot of comparably priced models. The handleless design works well for our space. I did have to change the doors from left open to right. The instructions to do that were very straight-forward. I did have to lift and prop uo the front of the fridge to reverse the open of the refrigerator door but it's really not that heavy. The unit is very quiet and does a great job keeping everything cold. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought this to replace my refrigerator of 7 years that stopped working. This one is quieter, has more storage capacity, better looking unit, and keeps the food really cold. It offers flexibility with adjustable temperature control in refrigerator and freezer. It also has crisper adjustor for vegetables bins.

Was hesitant to buy the LG brand versus a more established brand. But I am impressed. Stainless look is amazing. More storage than the side by side doors. Super quiet and live that there are no gables gives it a sleek design. Very spacious my only problem is the freezer doesn’t have a light. I guess you would have to buy the next model up but other than that I really like it

We love this LG fridge, very sleek and cold. I put thermometers in freezer and fridge, 0 f in freezer and 43 f in fridge. so far so good, only time will tell, of course. It has plenty of room for us. It is about 33.5" deep, (deeper than the 18 cu. ft. 30" standard fridges), that's how you get 20 cubic feet in a 30" wide fridge.

To the point right what I needed great fridge and style .It is very compact no noise and stainless steel. As soon as I finish paying it out I want to go ahead and get a stainless gas stove , looking forward to get everything stainless at Best Buy.

I really love this refrigerator! It is beutifuy laid out, very spacious. Initially i was concerned that i would be able to fit everything in, but that hasnt been a problem. It is very quiet and looks wonderful.

It’s a great refrigerator and freezer, can hardly hear it running. However I also purchased an ice maker at the same time. Was told the ice maker doesn’t come with the refrigerator and has to be installed at a later date which was automatically decided by you, sometime during a 12 hour window, same as the installation of the refrigerator, a12 hour window. I was able to establish a day with salesperson that worked for me, with a more accurate time in that 12 hrs, reduced to a 4 hour window to be determined by an email notification sometime later. so the old fridge got pulled and new unit plugged in and it seemed to get cold quickly. Ya hoo I have a new refrigerator and can make my own ice. Ice maker day came, installer showed up and put in the unit very quickly, pushed the start button, he said all was well and left. After several hours i checked the unit, no cubes just frozen water in the cube collector bucket. I called and complained, He came I think next day, with no new unit. He took out broken unit and We could see that the water chute was not right and part of the assembly was cracked. He said would order new unit and come back and install that. We set a date 1/17/26. I was later notified by email he would be here on the 14th sometime during that 12 hr window. That day won’t work, I called and got finally got a person to talk to me and I got her to agree to Sat. 1/17/26 sometime in that stupid 12 hr window. The installer is supposed to call to narrow that window. I can’t believe he didn’t come with a new unit the first time. I hope the new ice maker and refrigerator work better than communicating with your company.

Great product probably the best frig i have ever had. Lots of lighting so u can see everything. large storage are on doors for juice and milk... humidity controlled storage bins . great long shelves. holds lots of stuff

I highly recommend this product. Very large capacity in both fridge and freezer; milk storage in door saves space; 2 storage shelves in door; butter storage space in door; humidity controlled fruit and vegetable bins; glass shelves in fridge and freezer; digital control temperature; works fantastically; looks beautiful in kitchen and makes kitchen look updated; stainless steel finish is gorgeous and requires daily cleaning. This refrigerator/top freezer is “Energy Star” efficient and meets all my needs and then some!! I highly recommend this product!!
