I love this fridge. It’s plenty big and works just fine in our partially air conditioned garage. I did not get an ice maker so I have full space and no issues.

The assitance with product selection, shipping, removal of old refregerator and installation of new refrigerator was high quality. They cleaned up and were very careful not to damage anything. They explained how to use and set it up to standard settings and explained to wait 24 hours before adjusting

I wanted a refrigerator without the ice and water dispensers because I never use them. It took a lot of place in the freezer for nothing. I am very happy with a regular refrigerator, I have enough place to put everything I buy, I love it.

The fridge door is lower than most fridge doors to make room for a larger freezer, so you have to bend a bit to see inside. Changing the door direction wasn't very easy, and the bottom stabilizer doesn't move to the other side of the fridge, so it wobbles. The fridge compartments on the door are lacking. Otherwise, it works fine so far.

Excellent refrigerator, freezer and fridge keep food fresh and usable for a long period.

Overall the fridge does its job and is holding up. You will regret not getting a freezer with a larger space to store food though. Ask yourself do you want to pay for an expensive refrigerator that’s “just ok?” If yes, then yeah buy this fridge.

Buyer Beware. I purchased this fridge from Best Buy on February 10th with a promised delivery date of Saturday March 4th. The morning of the delivery appointment after confirming the appointment just 40 minutes earlier, Best Buy called to cancel & told me they couldn't deliver the fridge for another 4 weeks! After a long delay, the fridge was finally delivered by Best Buy on April 5th;. Then, on Nov 7th, only 7 months later, it completely broke down. The control panel stopped working (non-responsive with 3 dots lit up but won't adjust) and the temperature in the fridge is warm. I tried to contact Best Buy for assistance on Nov 8th & instead of helping me they attempted to sell me Geek Squad coverage. Next I contacted LG to try to get the item repaired under warranty which has been a nightmare. LG lost my original repair request on Nov 8 so I called back Nov 13 to file another repair request. They told me someone in their service network would pick up the repair. A week later I received notification of a Nov 28 appointment with a tech by the name of Jason. This tech was a no-show.... Over the 28th and 29th he texted excuses that the van broke and his mom was in the hospital and then he no longer responded. I called LG again Nov 30 and LG said another technician would pick up the repair. I requested a call from an LG manager regarding the no-show tech and never got a call. Meanwhile, another servicer picked up the job with a scheduled appointment on Dec 6. Again, we waited for someone and nobody ever came. The new servicer is now saying they didn’t have a needed part with no ETA. Meanwhile, LG has been sending text notifications over the last 5 weeks that parts have been ordered yet there are no parts and no repair. It is now December 18th and the LG fridge I purchased from Best Buy has been broken for 6 weeks and I can not get it fixed under warranty. Best Buy corporate office knows about this issue and has flatly refused to do anything to help resolve it. So far I've lost 3 workdays waiting around for repairmen that never showed along with $500 worth of Thanksgiving groceries. DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES w/ BEST BUY. Furthermore, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BRAND or MODEL! Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Go somewhere else.

We miss the small storage compartment our old fridge had but otherwise a nice refrigerator

I love you fridge. Much more freezer space than my old whirlpool. The reason I bought this LG.

Reasonable price compared to a lot of others the same size. Plenty of room and storage options inside the refrigerator. We rarely use ice so there's quite a bit more space in the freezer without the ice maker. It is very quiet and seals well. It works as well or better than advertised. The front has a smooth surface so it's easier to clean. Not so excited that the front is curved so if you use magnets to hold things on it they might sit funny. The curved front will deter "clutter". We have limited space so a lot of bells and whistles don't come on a refrigerator this size. All things considered we are pleased with it. The delivery also went well, they were here at the first part of heir four hour window, had it inside, hauled the old one out to the driveway, and were gone in less than twenty minutes.

Great! Top freezer fridge. Enough space for a family of 4/5, Settings are simple, freezes quietly, cools perfectly. A simple stylistic piece that looks good in any kitchen.

Bought this LG as a drink and overflow fridge for our garage. It seems well built as refrigerators go. The glass shelves are nicer (to me) than the wire shelves with a lot of comparably priced models. The handleless design works well for our space. I did have to change the doors from left open to right. The instructions to do that were very straight-forward. I did have to lift and prop uo the front of the fridge to reverse the open of the refrigerator door but it's really not that heavy. The unit is very quiet and does a great job keeping everything cold. Very happy with the purchase.

Great product probably the best frig i have ever had. Lots of lighting so u can see everything. large storage are on doors for juice and milk... humidity controlled storage bins . great long shelves. holds lots of stuff
