I love all the fridge has to offer; however, I’m not sure if the refrigerator door can handle all it has to do or if my fridge is possibly a defect. The door squeaks a lot and it doesn’t seem like it will last. When it was delivered, the doors were extremely uneven. I asked the delivery guy if he could level them out and he told me it’s easy to do just look in the manual. Needless to say, it was not easy at all.

I love this fridge design and look. The refrigerator tends to keep my vegetables and fruit fresher for longer periods of time. I did not thing i would us the glass door as much as I actually do. I chose the French door style because I have a few family/Friends with the bottom freezer and it seems like a common issue with all brands with the freezer rollout style coming out of align. The only thing that i do not understand is how loud the fridge can be. It does not happen at all hours but occasionally the ice maker makes a winding noise and it immediately grabs my attention. It’s not overly obnoxious but always feels unexpected.

Quiet, perfect size, looks great and the shelving is adjustable for your own space as needed.

My family and I are so happy with this refrigerator. We love the door to get to condiments and drinks faster. Living in Hot Texas it saves on energy and keeps everything inside perfect!

Very nice fridge. Love the color. We are a fan of side by side refrigerators. Delivery was right on time with the delivery guys following all the rules. They did a fantastic job thanks.

So far I am happy with it! It is quiet but sometimes the glass door does not shut completely.

I love this refrigerator. I think the door-in-door thing is neat. Apparently, it is a "smart" fridge. I haven't hooked up the Echo yet but it is all very intriguing.

Yes, the little see through door that lets you grab things easily, doesn't close on its own after shutting it. Often stays open an inch ir so. You have to be sure to check. The through the door water dispenser is a real pain. I often end up missing the cup and having to clean the floor. It's nice looking, but seems a poor design.

We loved this refrigerator but unfortunately had to return it because it was too small....

This is the first LG product I owned. The main reason to buy it was the looks. It does not consume much energy or and does not make noise. A perfect buy!

This is a good refrigerator, its small but it is a counter top. It doesn't have the secure doors that closes tight which makes it easy to leave the door open, you have to make sure you push it close. It's over priced, it does keep the food cold.

Great fridge. Love that it's counter-depth so it doesn't stick out too far from the counter. Also love the InstaView Door. Water and ice tasted funky for the first few weeks but it's fine now.

I like the look of this refrigerator, but it is not working well. The ice maker not coming out enough even for 2 people used. Only 2 years since i got it, now the freezer side broken. It is not freeze anymore, and the refrigerator side not cool enough, all my baby milk turn bad …. I can’t put baby milk and juices on refrigerator side. I hate to call for fix because the cost of it. Sad I don’t know what to do.. maybe from now on LG not is my electronic collection’s brand.

This refrigerator does all that you expect; keeps frozen goods frozen and has plenty of compartments in refrigerator side. The ice maker is exceptional and does not over fill. We bought it almost a year ago and just now the replace filter reminder came on. It's a corwd pleaser for sure, everyone loves the door in door. Only negatives are that you can't fit huge pizza boxes inside and it's easy to leave a smudge or fingerprint..however! there are stainless steal wipes that really do the trick. Also was kinda weird that you can only put magnets on the side of the refrigerator. Overall, works like a dream!!

only thing holding back from 5 stars is I am not crazy about water dispenser

Looks and works great. The water dispenser is a little apart (more upfront) from the ice dispenser, which sometimes makes a mess. Other than that, works great. Happy with my purchase.

Perfect addition to appliances in new kitchen, adds that extra touch to our new home.

Stores a lot of product in a way that allows you to access it without talking everything out. The door in door with instaview is more practical than I thought. I can see what I have without opening the door and since most used items can fit within door in door it costs less to operate and keeps other items colder.

Refrigerator looks good. The space is not too great inside however. Also the compressor on my unit failed twice (known LG issue on this particular model). The first time, it corrected itself before the service technician visited. The second time a few months later and I was without a refrigerator for 8 days total. A new compressor was ordered and took about 4 hours for the technician to install (welding was involved). I hear now this model comes with the 5 year warranty and not the standard 1 year.

Wish the freezer was a little bigger., but love the view window
