We only had a small space to work with and this style of fridge is what we were looking for. Easy to close doors, like the self closing of the freezer drawer. Cleans easily, slim design of water dispenser gives more space on inside of door! Only wish the shelves had more options for adjusting heights.

Three weeks in, after years putting up with a refrigerator that was literally falling apart, this LG refrigerator has been functioning perfectly. It's a stress reliever. The upsides are many: the icemaker produces a lot of it for a household that consumes a lot of it; the model we got is VERY quiet; the temperature controls are spot on, a huge upgrade from our previous failing fridge; the water dispenser is simple to use and easy to keep clean; the third, wide pullout bin for the refrigerator is really great, holds a lot of cheese and stuff and is completely visible. Downsides are minor: the upper drawer of the freezer is a weird design that demands a lift-up to get it on track to pull out fully, and the full pullout does not get the drawer even with the bottom drawer; similarly, the refrigerator shelves, though nicely positionable, rest on their ledges with nothing securing them except the weight of the contents; the lettering of the controls over the water dispenser are hard to see in the dark. Hardly a dealbreaker.

Our old fridge literally stopped working overnight and we had to get something new stat. As a Best Buy Total member, I knew we would be buying from there. I wanted to get an LG because we have other LG appliances and they last a long time. The price was right on this one so I pulled the trigger. At the end of the day it does what it's supposed to do - keeps food cold. Keeps freezer stuff frozen. Easy to adjust temperatures in both compartments. Filtered water dispense is great - the kids love it. Nice cold water and better than from the tap. The door open alarm is nice as well - especially for a family of five. My one quibble is the freezer compartment. When you pull out the freezer - the ice cube compartment also comes out on top of it and everything stops with a rough bang. If you want total access to the bottom freezer portion, you have to lift up on the top tray and slide it all the way back. Then - if you close the freezer without sliding the top tray BACK over the bottom tray, it all clicks into place with another huge, rough bang. At first I thought this CAN'T be the way this is supposed to work - but after futzing with it - NOPE - that's just the way it's designed. It seems like a set up for something cracking and / or breaking in the future but we shall see. We're not going to send it back - so it is what it is at this point. One thing - I was able to price match this sucker TWICE over Labor Day weekend and get $300 back from what we paid. Kudos to Best Buy and their price matching program.

Worst ever. I will never buy another thing from Best Buy again. Piece of garbage.

To be honest I was disappointed that I was going to need a 21.8 Cu Ft Refrigerator due to the space available in my kitchen. Remember those refrigerators they had back in the day that had no storage space? Well I was so Pleased when my new appliance arrived! I have storage galore, the ice machine fills rapidly, I have fresh filtered water, the temperatures in the freezer and refrigerator maintain the proper temperatures and the bins that hold fruit and vegetables keep everything fresh. Who could ask for anything more?

Purchased the Product on May 1st, Got in June 5th..Great time frame given the current pandemic. Product is true to its measure. We have a restricted space and fits perfectly. Love the space and using the Express Freeze feature, it was able to produce ice on less than 6 hrs. It is a quiet equipment and obviously makes a little noise when the water runs to the ice maker. Has a lot of space for ice saving..Fridge is very comfortable with ample space.

We had a specific space issue and this refrigerator fit the space. We had tried a Whirlpool, but the quality wasn't there. Temperature and fit issues. We changed to the LG and the difference was amazing. Much better quality fit and finish. Quieter. Temperatures are spot on. There is a lot of room in this unit, for it's size. Ice maker works good. Just a quality machine. So far we have no regrets. The top refrigerator makes it much more convenient for us seniors. Our old refrigerator was a 17 year old top freezer. If you need a smaller refrigerator, this is definitely one to consider.

It has a smart look. I can get water from the spout and not have to buy bottles anymore. It has a lot of space inside, more than you would expect. The control panel is wonderful and the open door signal is soft. The drawers in the freezer is spacious and the compartments fits multiple uses for various items that need separation. This small size packs the same punch and has all the features that the larger units have and that's what I was looking for, in spite of me not getting the exact brand as the stove and microwave.

Love our new LG Fridge! Great look, nice features, and really works well so far. Only had it a month but certainly cant think of any negatives. LOVE the beeping when door is left open too long! They always seem bigger on the show floor, until you start loading them up, LOL! This was only a 30 inch model to accomodate our available space, but the depth certainly helps! Love all the features. I havent tapped into my homes water pipe to run the line for the on door water and ice maker .. yet! So IF I have any issues with their functionality I will return to edit this! AS ALWAYS, the service in the Springfield, PA store was beyond top notch perfect! John & Stefan are the ABSOLUTE BEST ... AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEMD DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM! Delivery subcontractor arrived on the exact day and exact time scheduled ... and he was in and out of our house in under 10 minutes total! Seemed like it took longer to sign for the delivery & install, than it did to actually get it in place in its spot between cabinets and wall! A+++++++ Service from Springfield, PA Best Buy ... once again!!!

This fridge is perfect for our old home! It's difficult finding a modern fridge that fits in the kitchen but overall the performance is great. Not too noisy, water runs smoothly and plenty of ice. So far no issues and crossing our fingers it continuous that way. The only negative I have to say is not regarding the quality but the fact that it was back ordered for a LONG time.

This fridge is a great purchase for an apartment size or small refrigerator area. Its width is perfect and super deep so you can still hold plenty of items. It’s a little pricier than the rest but with the ice maker and water dispenser, it’s really great. I had a bigger fridge before in the same spot and it cost roughly the same. It didn’t fit in the space made for it and also didn’t come with the amenities this fridge has. Definitely was worth the switch.

Really love this refrigerator- hope I’m not jinxing myself but everything is great. Was a little nervous after reading the reviews but it works for me - it is a bit hard since the drink bottles don’t really fit so you have to lay on the side but I’m not bothered that much by it. I had a small space for a refrigerator and it holds everything I need! I could see it being a bit small for a family but for a single person, it’s more than enough space. It is a fingerprint magnet but I left some of the film on but again, I’m not too invested in aesthetics so doesn’t really bother me. The doors don’t easily close like close shut so you just need to make sure you close it firmly and if you forget, there’s an alarm that alerts you that you can turn on.

GOOD THINGS: 1. I don't have to 'fit' certain glasses under the water spout--ANY size will do as long as it is in the general area--even pitchers 2. I can adjust the half-shelves which are lighter and easier to manage, but I can still create a TALL shelf. It's really going to make cleaner simpler. 3. It beeps when it isn't shut, which is good because sometimes I can't tell that it is open. 4. I LIKE opening both doors and seeing everything at once--things don't hide in the back on a low shelf. I can even see the things on the door because the holders are clear plastic. 5. It is on rollers, should I even decide to see what's behind or under. QUESTIONABLE THINGS; 1. I don't know if I have room in the freezer for a turkey, a large pizza, or an extra bag of ice (party---it's fine as is for just our household) 2. The center seal has to fit in a slot, so if a family is inclined to slam or jerk doors, they might want to consider another fridge. 3. The manual says that a technician must come if the lights need to be changed. That seems like a $100 charge waiting to happen. 4. I had to buy a butter dish and an ice scoop. BY-THE WAY: Some reviewers complained about fingerprints, which you can solve by spending $200 more to get fingerprint-resistant refrigerator---or you can buy a $2 can of stainless steel polish OR don't put your hand all over the doors.
