Love my refrigerator, the only flaw i've found is that the in door ice maker has a freeze spot where a clump of ice will form. I don't use that much ice so i do have to dump that ice in the door out periodically because a clump of ice will form.

I have this French InstaView Door-in-Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator- Stainless steel for 2 months. My family and I love it! After purchasing a different refrigerator, the is a wonderful enhancement to our remodeled kitchen. it's very quite and works great!

The unit is very good. Wasn’t sure whether I would like the “window door”. But it has proven very helpful. The unit also is very nice looking. Only suggestion I would have is to provide a light on the water, ice cube selections to make them more readily visible.

My old fridge went out on a Tuesday and Best Buy delivered and hooked up my new one on Friday ( quick efficient service). I am very happy with the quality and features. It is nice and quiet when cooling and has two ice makers. My only minor negative comment is the noise the icemakers make when dumping new cubes and filling up with water to make new cubes (Probably most if not all make some noise);

This is a great looking refrigerator. We love the door in the door feature and use it often. The downside is that the sliding drawers inside the fridge and freezer are very flimsy. They wobble when you pull them in and out and I’m terrified we’re going to break one by simply opening and closing it normally.

Had a similar LG refrigerator prior to purchasing this fridge. Previous LG fridge was only 4 year old and went out twice. Luckily it was covered under a class-action suit against LG and defective comports for this model of LG. So I was a little leery of buying another LG. I took the plunge on this anyway. I put the twice-repaired LG in the garage. Luckily LG stood behind the warranty and it got repaired. I do like this new LG fridge much better than my previous one. For one, they improved on the ice maker capacity. We were constantly running out of ice with our previous LG. This new model fixed that by adding another ice maker in the lower freezer compartment. Also love the new see-through door. Overall, like this LG model a lot. LG has made the necessary improvements over their previous mode. Hopefully no defects develop in the future with this model.

I have had my refrigerator almost 2 years. Soon after I got it the tap light stopped working. This was under warranty and it was fixed. Just recently water started to pour out of the water dispenser for not reason. It would shoot water in the floor for 3 seconds and then stop. Never heard of something so crazy! LG live chat was not helpful, only thing they could do is to tell me to contact a service center. Now I have a $1700 refrigerator that won’t make ice and no water. I will be removing the filter. My suggestion to any potential buyers is to go with a different brand or get the extended warranty. Very disappointed in the quality. Will never purchase LG again.

Great fridge. Ice maker in the door doesnt work and its such a pain to use total tech to get it fixed. Wish the shelves had different height options. Can be a tight fit when adjusting (either way to big or really tiny). Other than that its a wonderful fridge!

Love the new frig, especially the sml extra door on the front for frequently used items. Goes with my other appliances in the kitchen

High quality product. Looks great, sleek and fits nicely in my place. Has adjustable shelving, and the front door is more handy than you might think. Freezer is spacious and the extra ice maker is handy.

Great refrigerator, love the see-through door - makes ice quickly and water dispenser is powerful. We wanted a counter depth, that does restrict the internal space a little but this fridge is well designed to maximize the capacity - very happy

Absolutely Love this refrigerator! The door in door along with the dual ice maker are the best features. I purchased the counter depth and its perfect, I don’t miss the extra space. Such a sleek design.

The doors can slam a bit easily, and I wish the 2nd tray for the freezer would stay closed until actively opened.

Energy efficient, plenty of space for a counter-depth refrig. Love the InstaView Door-in-Door feature. Runs quiet compared to competitor brand. Bright LED lights in freezer and refrig.

I love everything about this refrigerator. The counter depth works perfect in our condo. I love the glass door to see what’s inside before opening the door.

I have had this refrigerator for about 6 months now. So far, I haven't had any issues. It is a very quiet, sturdy production. Very happy with the purchase. I would recommend it to anyone.

Works well and as expected. I was dubious as to whether I’d like the extra fridge door, but I’m surprised by how much I appreciate the ease of accessing beverages.

Love this refrigerator. The window and easy access door is great. So far I am very pleased. It also has a ton of room in the fridge and freezer. This is much better than my Jen Air French door refrigerator from before.

Enjoy the extra door and the see through window. Great seeing what basics I have, or opening the small door only for those basics without opening the whole refrigerator. So efficient in many ways.
