Pros: Product looks and works great. Two ice makers, WOW. See though right door for quick visit items. Counter depth fits perfectly. Cons: unit arrived with a bent right door hinge which wasn't noticed until installer left. After several calls to Best Buy customer service, a nice lady, which knew what she was talking about, ordered a new hinge and sent it. Instead of waiting a week again to reschedule appointment, installed it in myself. Good to go. Customer service was inconsitent. Refrigerator could use a soft closing feature on the top doors. If not carefull doors slam closed. Definitely alot better than the previous 2011 LG.

I Have owned it for about about two months and I am loving it! I love how you can easily access beverages without opening the entire door. Light, quick, and easy. It also helps saves so much space in the inside. For being counter depth, I was worried I wouldn’t have enough space for all the food but def not the issue. The instaview is a plus, by helping see where all my items are at instead of having to open doors each time which can get annoying sometimes. I always have ice ready and makes it quickly. The freezer is also great and plenty spacious. I love this refrigerator!

After almost a month owning this fridge it has been great. Good amount of space, looks good in the kitchen and the ice maker/water dispenser have been excellent. No complaints.

Very nice. I was concerned the freezer wouldn’t be big enough but it holds more than it would appear. It’s nice to have all the food visible when you open the fridge because my family doesn’t know how to find anything unless it jumps out at them when they open the door. Door in door feature is great for drinks, it really is fingerprint resistant, and I love the two ice trays! It’s also much quieter than our previous refrigerator. I was torn between this and a Samsung but chose the LG because I feel it’s more dependable and has better customer service.

I’ve been using this refrigerator for almost a month now, and I have to say, it’s awesome! The InstaView door-in-door feature is a cool party trick, but also super convenient. The smart grid feature allows my energy supplier to ramp down the fridge for an hour at a time to manage energy use. And the dual ice makers mean I never run out of ice!

It's a fridge...it makes things cold and that part is fine. However, two things our KitchenAid and Kenmore did better.....1. There is no thermometer in the freezer and fridge, so you never know the temperature. I just assumed all refrigerators had thermometers now. There is a temperature setting, but that only tells us where we have it set....does not tell us the actual temperature. 2. If you're dispensing ice or water, and you try to open any door, the ice or water shuts off immediately. I usually start filling with ice and then grab my drink. 3. Oh, and one more on the ice/water dispenser. Let's say it's set to water and you want ice. So you first push the ice button to turn on the lights, but you have to hit it a second time to switch from water to ice. Crazy....just change the first time I push the button !! I do like the Instaview door, but I don't necessarily like it for the window, I just like that I'm not opening up the whole fridge to grab a drink. I use that door 8 out of 10 times I use the fridge. Nice feature. However, the manager at the Daytona Best Buy never responded to any of the three messages I left for them. Very poor service in Daytona so find the next closest store.

Excellent refrigerator. Good capacity and easy shelve adjustment. Biggest plus for us was the door in door. This has been great for quick access for those items that don't need 37 degree like our meds, pet food, condiments, etc. Having two ice makers is also great for us, one in door one in freezer. We bought at Best Buy Outlet for great price and it was in excellent condition.

Our frig had died, and everyone told us that no one would have anything we wanted in stock. We were replacing a similar LG -- just no door-in-door. We went to the Best Buy in Bradenton, and asked what was in stock. Joanne set this up so it would be delivered in 3 days. So far the frig is working great. We thought that we did not need the glass extra door, but it is really convenient. Great Job getting us the frig. The installers however very very rushed. They did not push the water hose in completely at the top left rear of the frig, so when we tried to get water from the door, water shot up from the back to the ceiling. We ended up calling LG directly about a week after the install. They sent a LG tech, who fixed the issue within a minute or so.

Amazing fridge. We went with a slight smaller Cu.Ft fridge since there are only two of us at home. Its a perfect size and the instaview door is the best thing

I love this fridge! It’s counter depth, and yet holds a lot. The window in the door not only looks good, but makes easy access to frequently wanted beverages. It’s quiet, makes great ice cubes and maintains a constant temperature! We couldn’t be happier!

Bought this because we moved into a new home without a fridge and my husbands pet peeve is people standing with the fridge door open. Not surprisingly it is always the talk of the party. And works great too of course, very spacious and easy to keep organized.

I've had the refrigerator for about 2 weeks and it runs great. Very fast ice making, spacious - especially for being a counter depth fridge, and it does it's job as a fridge by sustaining and keeping my food cold. My only complaint is that the left french door is rather heavy due to the entire ice maker being built into the door. This extra weight causes the left door to shut rather hard, rattling the entire unit. I worry that this will cause damage to the refrigerator over time. Although minor, another annoyance is that the third bottom drawer (the wide one) requires both doors to be open to access it, which means if you want something from it, you are required to turn into the incredibly hulk, "slamming" that left french door close.

Very nice refrigerator. Door in door with light makes for ease of use. Size of refrigerator noted in ad matched actual size for space available. Inside lights are bright which makes it easy to see contents.

Its taking me time to decide where things should go to best use my new refrigerator. There are so many great storage areas. The door-in-door is great for drinks. Love that I can tap the door and see if I need to refill the drinks. The freezer on the bottom is great and the two ice makers is my favorite add. The water and ice in the door is great, but I love being able to scoop out ice. I keep a scoop in the freezer to use. The temperature on the outside is nice. I'm getting used to the door alarm. I believe I have a bad habit of keeping the door open too long. Nice correction action.

Extremely please with this refrigerator. Very spacious on top and bottom. My kids love the door in door and knock, knock feature. I would definetely recommend this refrigerator.

WOW this refrigerator is high quality and a great value. I love the front door feature display! Not only is it beautiful, but energy efficient which is one of the reasons we purchased it. We love the ice-maker and water dispenser and this model works with the LG app which is fantastic. I highly recommend you work with Best Buy consultation team to make sure it will fit in your home and that the order process, delivery and installation are smooth, our Best Buy team was amazing throughout the entire purchase experience. This refrigerator is awesome!

Purchase this because our frig broke after having fixed it 3 times prior and it was only 5 years old and the model we wanted would have taken 3 month to get so we settled on this one. The LG I Like the design of the ice maker in the door which allows more space on the shelves. What I don’t like is the lack of lighting. When the top shelves are full the bottom shelves and drawers are dark and no night light by the water dispenser also that light is dim. Plus the drawers seem flimsy and not really structurally built.

This is a fantastic upgrade from the 20+ old refrigerator we had. The door-in-door is a useful feature to hold, and allow access to, drinks. The unit is quiet and well made.

this is only the second day I have owned this very nice refrig. It has many nice features I didn't realize because in todays world everything is so hurried so the only features I knew it had were from what I had read about it. I'm still waiting for a plumber to install the waterline to have water and ice on the door. IT has plenty of shelves that can be moved and adjusted to your needs. The door on door is a great feature because you don't have to keep the whole refrig open to get one item out of the refrig. So happy I got this model. Freezer has lots of room.

We had an old side-by-side Samsung refrigerator for a French door design. We a really happy with our 1st LG appliance in this configuration. All areas are brightly lit and the new design holds much more, in a way that items are more noticeable and easily found than the previous model. The InstaView door takes that to the extreme, and very handy for frequently used items; The icemaker on the door seems to work fine for now, but is being watched. Good installation and take away too.
