I've got nothing bad to say about this. Love the dual ice maker. I wouldn't have liked the craft ice version, but this one puts out plenty for my needs, even with lots of guests over. Spacious. I don't use the insta view feature that much, but I appreciate the door-in-door design. I've had if over 3 months now and no regret. If it lasts as long as the GE Profile I replaced (25 years lol) I'll be a happy guy.

Have only had the frig for about a month I am really happy so far with the function and look. I have a small kitchen so the counter space depth really opens up the space. I had a bigger frig before so I am really happy with this frig. I don't have a big family so for me the loss on cubic feet didn't matter. I am able to keep my frig clean and organized. I really enjoy the separate door opening, It is very convenient to grab drink items easily without opening the whole door. Would recommend this frig for smaller spaces and small families.

We really enjoy the features of this refrigerator! The door in door, the 2 ice makers and the freezer at the bottom I really like!

Bought this fridge as an open box item. Has a 3 inch long dent on the door and a $1000 was knocked off from its original price. It took a $5 fridge magnet to hide the dent and it is quite worth the money. It is spacious, has water and ice dispenser and a spacious deep freezer. Highlight is the double knock on the door. Didn’t even realize it has that feature when we bought it.

We replaced a 15 year old refrigerator with this unit and couldn’t be happier. The Insta view door and the door in door feature are things that we never knew we needed but now know that we can’t live without. It is very spacious for a counter depth refrigerator, and we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that it has two separate icemakers. Wonderful addition to our house.

This is a great refrigerator. I went from as side by side to the bottoms freezer and was concerned about space. I have plenty of space and then some. Only negative, which is why I gave 4 stars, I wish the water filter worked a little better. I have hard water and although the filter works, it still leaves the ice with a hint of flavor that shouldn’t be there. But to the positive, The water comes out perfect.

So far, so good. The extra door on the outside is a feature I really enjoy. Allows you easy access to common items while saving energy with not letting out as much cool air from the fridge. Rightly larger than my old fridge, so I enjoy being able to store more than I did previously. Would recommend this everyone!

Beautiful design, decent space for a counter depth fridge.

This is one cool fridge. Don't use the tap feature much to see in, but the glass door with the trays behind it is super convenient. Could use more adjustment/height options on the trays, but save that, it's been great so far, with two ice makers! The fridge is well made and very beautiful, and fingerprint resistant!

This fridge fits perfectly and looks great. So far I have had no issue with it. You can fit a lot of food and it looks good. Love the ice options, it was easy to install and it's easy to use. The only thing I wish I could change would be the alert it gives you when the doors are open. I wish I could turn that off. Otherwise very happy.

We were in need of a new counter depth refrigerator. We have purchased from Pacific Sales previously and again were completely satisfied with the sales assistance. The salesperson was very familiar with all of the in stock counter depth refrigerators helping us make a good decision. We have now used the LG "Instaview" door in a door about four weeks and could not be happier about our decision. The layout of the refrigerator shelves allows us to maximize and organize the shelving. With two icemakers we will never run out of ice as we had consistently with the refrigerator being replaced. a great design.

The water taste terrible. Had folks come out twice with no good results. Even took the filter back to the store for a new one. Water still taste bad. I'll notify the store again. I gave it a average rating because I wanted the water outside the frig. Love the door in a door and the chime, if the door isn't closed all the way. For the money I spent, full price, (couldn't be helped) the water should taste pristine! I'd definitely recommend if the water tasted good. The functionality is great.

This makes ice and drops ice in a freezer tray as well as out of the dispenser, so if you're having a party, you'll have more than enough ice. It's also extremely quiet compared to other American refrigerators. I'd say it's not worth the extra hundreds of Dollars for the glass on the right side. The drinks block the food you have in the fridge anyways, but it works.

This refrigerator is amazing. I absolutely the love the door-in-door beverage storage. Coming from a larger fridge, it did take a little while to adapt to a counter-depth one. But this thing is flawless, looks great, and works even better. I have actually had 2 different friends come over and end up buying one based on looking at mine. Love it!

Has good organization, and plenty of space. Professional installation team had the fridge up and running quickly and confirmed all the functions before leaving. Love the window feature that lets me activate the light without opening the door. Now I can browse without wasting cooling power (just that side of the fridge, but still an awesome advantage).

The efficiency of the door-in-door feature is awesome and really helps when kids are constantly opening fridge for juice, milk, snacks, etc... I also really appreciate the dual ice functionality for bulk needs or to simply fill a glass. I very satisfied and highly recommend.

A much improved LG fridge. We've had a similar model for the past 10 years and its ice maker was prone to either freeze up, or just break down. This model seems to have addressed that problem. Wasn't sure about the glass viewing panel, but it's actually very convenient. Happy to recommend it.

Convenient glass door to fetch drinks so I do not have to open entire door. With a couple taps a light goes on to view whats inside on the quick access shelves-nice. So far works efficiently - delivered to us 7/3/20 as promised. This is counter-depth model and is just right for just the two of us with loads of left-overs.

Love my refrigerator, the only flaw i've found is that the in door ice maker has a freeze spot where a clump of ice will form. I don't use that much ice so i do have to dump that ice in the door out periodically because a clump of ice will form.
