Replaced another version of this fridge with this. So much happier even tho some of the layout is still odd. Shelving does not make sense for things like milk or wine bottles. But we now more shelving on the door. Still no cheese/deli drawer. Going from regular depth to counter depth seems like it won't be a big deal but you really lose a lot in those 4 or 5 inches so make sure you know what you are giving up. Water dispenser is strange. Ice maker holds what seems to be a small amount of ice and at least to start is very slow to make the ice.

Yes, very nice looking refrigerator and has a lot of room. The ice maker does make a noise when the system is processing. Only negative part, is the LG has a one year warranty after paying a lot of money for the refrigerator. I went with the five year extra plan( more $$ ) with Best Buy to cover any problem I might have.

The fridge worked quite well for 6 months, then the water dispenser stopped working because the line froze up. This also meant no ice. But the fruit and vegetables froze in the refrigerator side and items in the freezer side started to thaw out. We had to through out quite a bit of food because of this. I did get it serviced which lead to the discovery some parts had to be replaced; a sensor and a PC Board, the brains of the fridge.

Looksg good, and works great. And has decent capacity. Very happy with it. It doesn't have a lot of smart functions, but it has enough. Being able to check the temp and adjust it as needed, is great. It also tells you when your water filter needs changing. Pretty good fridge for the price.

This is my second LG Side By Side that I buy, so far so good, the only thing dirt/dust and finger prints shows really easy and one of the door shows like line/scratch cant tell, just opened the box because we are in the middle of renovations and didn't want to get any kind of damages.

Easy ordering and fast delivery. Unfortunately it is not truly counter depth. With the plug and the water line it cannot be flush to the wall. They should create a model where the plug folds into the frig.

I definitely would not buy this refrigerator if I had it to do over again, and particularly not from Best Buy. First and foremost, the delivery was a nightmare. The third party company Best Buy is using in my area for delivery and installation is terrible. It took 3 attempts to get the appliances I had ordered to my house and installed. I had to call my own plumber to install the refrigerator, because they couldn't even figure out how to adapt the line to the water supply at my house. They wanted me to have the entire water fixture replaced instead of simply using an adapter. Secondly, as others have noted on LG products, the water dispenser is terrible. It is placed in such a way that it is impossible to ever get water without it spilling all over the floor, the refrigerator and the tray underneath. I am constantly wiping up water. The refrigerator is well-configured to store a lot of food and drink, but that's not enough to redeem it in my eyes.

When the fridge was delivered, my property was damaged. I requested the delivery people to remove the doors but they insisted that it would not make any difference. My property got so many scratches and paint damages plus the door of the fridge was dented. The delivery people even told me to tell Bestbuy that the fridge door was already dented when they removed the box. Reported it to Bestbuy and filed a claim for damages. Bestbuy was very good in replacing the dented door and helped me with my claim.

Excellent refrigerator! It is extremely quiet and accommodates a lot in both the freezer and main compartment. The only downside is it’s price. I could be cheaper than

Works great and would purchase again. Plenty of shelves and space inside. Only odd note is that the front isn't magnetic but the sides are.

Refrigerator works as advertised. There is more room for items in the freezer than expected.

Easy to see items in this fridge! Like the counter depth. Looks like there is more room in the kitchen.

I love side by side fridge! I use to have French door and it was hard to access the freezer

I haven't had it long but it seems to be functioning very well, the icemaker is very quiet and so is the refrigerator compressor, the interior is neat and clean with plenty of room.

The directions in order to use the water and ice is simple and I'm very satisfied with this product!

This is an excellent refrigerator and a much better product the one o previously owned.

Im very impressed with our new LG refrigerator. The layout of the shelves and drawers are great along with the filtered water dispenser and ice maker.
