The best fridge so far. I love the way I can see everything that is inside without having to 'dig' for it.

Overall delivery was great, but there’s a crack in the bottom right fruit/veggie drawer and Best Buy refuses to provide me a replacement for the drawer. It was delivered today as well. I just want the drawer replaced.

Delivery took 3 months longer than originally stated due to COVID shutdown, etc, but it finally made it and we love it. I give it 4 stars because it's been just one month since arriving but so far it's running smoothly. I love the 2 ice makers, quiet operation, and counter depth fit. With the ice maker in the refrigerator door there is much more room inside than out previous full size refrigerator. The black stainless is awesome and stays clean. And finally, with the LG ThinQ app, you can monitor some status and user settings.

I love this fridge. We bought this to upgrade from a 20 year old side by side model that just couldn't hold temperature anymore. It's a good looking appliance. While about the same size as our old one, the french door model uses the space more efficiently. It's cavernous inside. The freezer bins hold a lot and we can finally put frozen pizzas in our freezer (not in the old side by side unless you stored them vertically). The design of the ice maker in the door is smart. It takes up almost no room in the fridge and the door still has usable shelves. My only complaint is the vegetable storage bins are smaller than any fridge I've ever owned. We eat a lot of fresh produce, so it doesn't all fit in the two bins. The bottom glide and serve tray is huge, though. Plenty of room to store lunch meats and cheeses. The rest of the fridge is so big we're buying some Rubbermaid Fresh Saver bins to make up the vegetable storage space we need. It's quiet, except you hear the ice maker pump when the ice recycles for a new batch. Wifi and app setup is pretty easy.

This was to replace a fridge that kept freezing fresh food in the storage bins no matter what the setting. The total experience was great from beginning to end. This model LG fridge was everything we were looking for and more. Although it's the same size of my old fridge, it seems larger inside. Very quiet! Although there was obvious power to the unit, I couldn't hear the linear compressor running. Didn't think I needed it, but now I love the dual ice makers. I'll never run out of Ice again! Never thought I needed an appliance with 'wifi' but it is a cool feature to ease monitoring when filters need replacing or changing settings. Sales department was knowledgeable and helped find and explain features and delivery options. Manager gave an incentive since it was not in stock, which made the deal even better. My fridge actually came in and was delivered earlier than originally set up. Delivery was quick and friendly. The driver called me 20 minutes before arrival to ensure they were on the way. they were extremely careful when moving my old fridge to the garage (still wanted the old fridge to go in garage/man-cave to store extra 'beverages') and placing the new fridge in my kitchen. Just to mention, I have had questionable experiences from delivery teams from other home improvement centers. This delivery team was above all the friendliest and most professional in both appearance and attitude that I have dealt with so far . Will definitely make me re-think going to your common "home improvement" stores for any major appliance purchases who seems to hire anyone with a large truck to handle deliveries.

Exactly what I was looking for and rated highly by consumers and they had it in stock. Love the double ice makers and was same size as my last frig but seems to have more room. Love the black stainless with its rich looking contrast. Had it for a couple months now and really satisfied with this product. Counter depth and dosen't stick out and look bulky like most frigerators. No problem with delivery and installers were very friendly. New exactly what they were doing and used COVID protocol. Excellent job

We love this refrigerator. It is a counter depth appliance and is four cubic feet smaller than our old refrigerator but we notice little difference in what it holds. The only noticeable difference is that the produce drawers are smaller; everything else seems to be the same size. Plus, the refrigerator has two ice dispensers; one in the refrigerator door (which takes up very little room and also dispenses water) and the other in the freezer. The ice maker in the freezer makes bigger ice cubes and is great when you have a party. Both ice makers can be turned off if desired. The door icemaker in the refrigerator takes very little space, giving us extra shelf space. The finish is a beautiful black stainless steel and the doors are not magnetic. It is a beautiful addition to our kitchen. The produce drawers can be set for fruit or vegetables. There is a meat drawer which can be set for meat, deli or trays. It is a large drawer and will accommodate party trays. There are a few things I do not like about this refrigerator. Even though we have the right kind of wi-fi, it was impossible to connect this appliance with the internet. Therefore we do not have the open door alarm which I think is an important feature, The customer service from LG on this matter was poor. The dairy bin for cheese and butter does not have a door and the food has to be inserted in the top of the bin. Although you can set the refrigerator and freezer temperature (and the temperatures for the glide and serve drawer) there is no built in thermometer. I purchased a double Taylor refrigerator thermometer to solve that problem. Over all I am very happy with this refrigerator. Our old refrigerator broke right at the beginning of the Pandemic . We had difficulty getting a dealer who would uncrate the new refrigerator, install it with the icemaker and haul the old one away. All the other dealers wanted to leave the new refrigerator at the end of the driveway and that was it; no other service. Best Buy came through for us and delivered it, uncrated it, installed it and hauled the old one away and for no additional charge. They observed all CDC requirements, six feet of separation and they wore masks and gloves. We are grateful to them.

I really love this fridge so far. I had constant problems (leaks, icing in back of fridge) with my Samsung (similar model/features) and went through a year of American Home Shield sending repair people to no avail. This is counter-depth and I thought i would miss the extra space but the design is so great it feels bigger and is just more beautiful - inside and out. The ice maker and water dispenser are way better as well. It makes me so happy to open it and use it multiple times a day. A month into owning, I very highly recommend!

Have had this for several months now and so happy I purchased it. I replaced a Samsung which had multiple issues in the short time I had it. This LG is great. So quiet, more space than the full size Samsung and only being counter depth. Wish the produce bins were a bit bigger but that is my only wish and not a complaint. The water from the dispenser is not cold, just a little bit chilled. Best part, it rarely shows any fingerprints.

I was not even considering a counter depth or French door with bottom drawer freezer so I’ve been pleasantly surprised. It holds quite a lot and there are options for adjusting the space. I love the double ice maker too because you can turn it off when you don’t need it. It’s pretty quiet which was also important to me. I really struggled with this decision because of so many options and so many opinions but so far no issues. I very happy with this choice.

Overall, this was the best solution we found for our galley kitchen and limited depth. PROs: The counter-depth profile is perfect for our kitchen layout. The way it moves cold air around internally keeps everything safe, including door items. Love how easy the black stainless exterior surfaces cleans up. The ice dispenser jammed, potentially due to hot weather & the door being left open. It was extremely easy to get to and eliminate the issue. The water filter is just as easy to replace. Very quiet. CONs: The refrigerator doors have a positive spring action to their closure, requiring us to hold the handle until fully closed vs. just pushing the door & letting it close on its own. This can be cumbersome at times. Some LG models have shelves that retract half way, enabling taller items to fit without having to rearrange shelf positions. This would be desirable, even as an option add-on. The produce drawers are a bit shallow. I realize this may be due to maintaining counter depth. It requires us to keep some produce on the open shelves. The product is new, so we'll have to see how the exposed produce fairs.

I am very happy with the new refrigerator. It holds a lot more food than it looks like it would. The indoor water/ice dispenser is a real spacesaver and saves a lot of opening and closing of the doors. The freezer compartment is very adequate, holding a frozen pizza with ease. The counter-depth unit fits well in my kitchen without dominating the limited space we have.

We had a hard space to work with in terms of a fridge. It is a pretty small space and this model was literally perfect. It looks sleek and the storage capacity is great. I love the french doors and the double ice maker. I saw a lot of reviews saying that the ice maker leaks water. We have not had that issue at all.

Have had it for a few weeks and it's a great fridge so far. We previously had a Samsung one that we returned because it looked nice but functioned horribly. This one has been giving tons of ice (dual ice makers is extremely handy in summer) and is better designed in terms of function. We are just a young couple so we don't need a lot of fridge space and despite being counter depth it is still more room than we really need. You can even fit a pizza box in it if you move the shelves right, couldn't do that with the samsung. I do wish the freezer was somehow better organized but it is what you get with the drawer freezers. Stuff easily gets buried. The freezer pulls out farther than the Samsung did and we haven't had issues with it being too heavy or coming off the tracks. We went with regular stainless as we found out the colored versions can be scratched since it's just a coating they put on top of regular stainless.

Good refrigerator that does what it should. Easy-to-clean stainless. Movable divider in freezer drawer. Pull-out tray for extra freezer storage. Tray is shared with the ice maker in freezer which takes storage space but can be turned off and ice bin removed. Produces plenty of ice but needs to be emptied occasionally because cubes become stuck together even when temp is kept at -1. Ice & water dispenser in the door. Fridge has appliance width drawer, crisper drawers above that & adjustable shelves. LED light in top of fridge. This appears to be the closest comparable model to our previous LG 24.5 cf model LFX25991ST. Unfortunately, they don't make a counter depth at that size anymore. They've taken out the extra LED lights that were positioned down the wall of the refrigerated section. Shelf configuration and door storage is less efficient. Tilt-out compartment on inside front of freezer drawer is no longer there. Was so disappointed that they had stripped it down so much, made it smaller but are charging as much or more. The only improvement was the exterior that doesn't show fingerprints. Our previous one lasted 8 years.

Perfect size! I had a larger LG with a middle drawer and it served me well it had the craft ice which was not worth having. It was little large for just my wife and I. This counter depth refrigerator is just perfect. It's basically just a smaller version of what I had before and instead of the craft ice it has a regular ice maker in the freezer. It makes 6lbs of ice daily, that is including the in the door ice maker. I'm very happy with the purchase. The price was right and I've had nothing but a positive experience with the customer support from LG. Definitely recommend!

Very spacious. We had another LG at our old house similar to this one and we love our new one. Quiet and makes slot of ice. Love the extra ice maker in the freezer area and that you can turn it off when you do t need to make as much ice.

5 Stars for the refrigerator, nice finish and color, fits our need for food storage (wife, baby and me). Alarm system when door is left open for a long period of time is a neat feature. We anticipated a tighter fit but overall is a great fit in our fridge space. 1 Star for the best buy customer service I received when I purchased the refrigerator. The rep forgot to include the free door removal and installation, and as a result the delivery team dropped off the fridge in my living room and it stayed there for 10 days until I resolved it with a customer care supervisor. Check your receipt!! Make sure it includes door removal if it will not fit through a door, it is free of charge along with the water line connection (assuming you have a valve already installed for that purpose).

Nicely designed and appears to be well-built. I like having two ice makers too. The machine is very quiet when running. The led lights do a great job at lighting the compartments. Overall a very good refrigerator at a decent price.
