We were worried the counter depth wouldn't have enough room as a regular one but there's plenty of storage space. The ice machine works great, it looks great in our kitchen.

We were lucky to find this fridge in stock. Our old fridge was damaged while being moved for renovations. The LG has all the features we were looking for but compared to the old unit, which was about 10 years old, this one seems much less substantial. I like the twin ice makers. The one in the door is perfect for normal use and the extra one in the freezer will come in hand for get togethers. I wish that the freezer door closed easier. It takes a bit of a shove. The unit does beep if you leave a door open which is handy. There is also an app but I haven't found it to be very useful. You can change the temperature and that's about it. Would be nice if it told you what the temperature was inside and gave alerts.

As a person who’s extremely frugal with his money I definitely did my research when looking into fridges around this price point. LG doesn’t make bad products and this one is no exception. I love the way the ice comes out, it’s not an exact square but more of a rectangle plateau However it is consistent. The fridge is visually pleasing, spacious and the temperature control (you can also control it from the app) is pretty neat. The shelves in the fridge looked a little thin and admittedly I got a little worried but the shelves hold up extremely well and are adjustable of course. The only qualm I have is that the *first* bottom freezer shelf (the one that holds the secondary ice tray) doesn’t come out as much as I feel like it should and to be quite honest it is a little tight but I’m not taking a star away for being too tight, it’s a counter depth fridge after all. All in all, best fridge for the value.

The new refrigerator is very modern and has many new and useful features. It is extremely quiet in operation and the stainless steel appearance is top of the line.

So far everything is fantastic with this refrigerator. Love the second ice maker in the freezer. Runs quite, adequate bins and shelving.

Love it! Just the right size for the two of us, the ice maker is in the door which makes more room on the top shelf....so quiet can't hear it running...the installers were great...Highly recommend!

So far so good. We love the ice making feature. The refrigerator fit much better in the cabinet space than the previous fridge! Capacity is great! Smart features are meh.

With 3 “gallon size” shelves in the door there’s no problem finding room for everything we buy! I’m amazed how “empty” it looks at times. The best part of the counter-depth model: no more science experiments lost at the back of the fridge!!

Just what I was looking for Had been a long time Samsung customer and switched to LG better features, ice maker in door and freezer, good size gins for veg/fruits

This is absolutely the best refrigerator I have ever owned. Every other indoor ice dispenser would never keep up with demand.This one has dual ice makers. It is also very attractive very quiet. also a great interior set up.

Wonderful space and organization options in this counter-depth fridge. Great color and no-smudge finish - looks beautiful and more contemporary and traditional black. The fridge works well and I've been very happy with it!

Both brawn and beauty for my home! I love the French Door and bottom freezer compartment design for its sleekness and its capacity. Very easy to wipe down the exterior finish to keep it looking great. I will always check out Best Buy first for home appliances. This is one of two recent purchases, and I am pleased with both. Reasonable sale price was a big factor too.

Was limited in my choices due to the tight space I was putting it in. Not at all disappointed. Very quiet running. Dual ice makers. Really like the new finish that reduces fingerprints. Much better then our previous one. So far so good.

I love how roomy it is especially the area to put large serving platters. The outside really does resist fingerprints.

Wow. This is a great refrigerator.We purchased the Black Stainless one,my wife loves it.No more finger prints to clean off. Really like the dual ice makers, one in the door ,one in the freezer.Makes lots of ice,Great product

I love the french doors and the freezer on the bottom There is more than enough space in the freezer section. Also in the upper section you can adjust the shelves Very nice!

The reason that I like this unit is how things fit inside. The dual ice makers is a plus.

This fridge is awesome! Holds so much stuff for a 22 cu ft! love the features like the two level freezer with the ice storage. so easy to organize. And even with an ice maker on one of the doors, it also has food storage! Only thing is the ice in the the door dispense seems to stick together so it won't come out of the dispenser until I break it up. And the right door doesn't close unless I push it - but I think I can get it adjusted.
