After waiting a month and a half and being pushed back multiple times, we finally received our refrigerator and it looks great! Very quiet and quite roomy for all our food.

This model was a replacement for a disappointing competitors mode. We are so much happier with the LG. The dual ice maker is efficient and quick to replenish ice. Food seems to stay fresher. Outstanding delivery and installation service by Best Buy. The electronic control panel should light up all buttons. Can be hard to find the ice and water button in the dark. Other than that a terrific mode.

Great use of space- this refrigerator replaced one which was much larger but this one appears to have much more storage space. Looks great and is counter depth.

I love my counter depth LG fridge. It replaced my 17 yr old Frigidaire Gallery that came with the house when I purchased it 10 yrs ago. I was concerned about having enough space inside but plenty big enough for2 people. It’s very quiet. I can’t even tell that it’s running. I now have 4 LG appliances that I have purchased in the last6 months and am now considering an LG TV.

Had this for 1 year. It is a counter depth, so it doesn't hole a lot of food. We needed this to deal with a protruding counter, so we knew what we were getting into. No issues with the icemaker in the fridge or freezer which I had issues with in past refrigerators. The upper left door seal and bottom seal on the freezer work well. The upper right door seal seams to be getting worse and bounces when I shut the door. It looks great and keeps the food fresh.

We bought this refrigerator to match the rest of the LG appliances in the Kitchen of our new home. We had a similar model in our old home that we liked. It is quiet and I like the second ice maker in the freezer. The only thing I don't like as much is the new ice and water dispenser on the front of the refrigerator. You have to press a button each time you switch from ice to water. Our older refrigerator allowed you to switch from ice to water without the push of a button,

Easy to operate, plenty of storage even being counter depth, which is great because it actually fits the cabinets!

The ice function is also very good, and the storage can be done well. The freezer can also be opened and used conveniently.

Excellent refrigerator, its size is ideal, water and ice dispenser work very well, you have a spacious tray to store ice.

I was hesitant to get this fridge because I would only get 3 drawers. I found that the counter-depth more than made up for that. The fit was incredible in my small compact kitchen. The different ice types also made up for the 4th drawer and there's an extra ice-maker in the fridge drawer in the bottom. I was also able to connect the fridge to a reverse-osmosis system installed by my plumber which really enhanced the taste of the ice and the cold water coming out of the dispenser. This fridge is a great buy.

This replaced an old Samsung counter depth with dual ice makers. This one makes an equivalent volume of ice. us is the smudge resistant finish…saves us a lot of work.For us the best feature is the smudge resistant finish…saves us a lot of cleaning time. The delivery, however, was just ok. Nothing damaged but they left a lot of trash in our kitchen.

We've' had this refrigerator for just over a year. For the last 5-6 months water has been dripping from the ice dispenser, sometimes with gooey stuff and white powder. It started to happen once in a while, now it's every day. It has gotten to the point that we no longer use the water and ice dispensers. Best Buy sent a 3rd. party contractor to repair it under the protection plan, but the issue continues. Other issues: a The beeping to alert the door is open is very obnoxious. There is no way to deactivate it permanently. b) The refrigerator makes a wide variety of weird noises. c) Fingerprints on the door show all the time (and we are only two adults in the house). Forget it if you have young children.

This was purchased because it is counter depth. It is the best-looking refrigerator we have ever owned. It will take any size glass or cup in the water and ice dispenser. One of the best features is the black stainless won't hold magnets. So, it does not look like a billboard.
